The place is quiet, suitable for relaxing, and clean. The staff can speak english and malay. Even though its not in the middle of the town, who cares, grab is always there. I like hot on sen. Its a very relaxing feeling you cant get anywhere else.

Makanannya biasa saja, belum enak, dan variannya lumayan. Kamar: AC dinginnya lama, harus bersabar (untuk kamar suite ukurannya kurang besar dan posisinya salah sepertinya, sehingga arah semburan tidak menjangkau area tidur). Saluran air di kamar mandi mampet, jadi ada genangan di bawah shower. Pelayanan: cukup ramah dan responsif. Lokasi: dekat dengan pantai, meskipun bukan di depan pantai persis. Harga: kebetulan dapat murah untuk suite 538 ribu termasuk sarapan. Summary: Jika Anda mendapatkan harga murah, hotel ini bisa menjadi pilihan.

Sangat direkomendasikan, cocok untuk yang ingin berlibur bersama keluarga atau rombongan. Kamarnya sangat nyaman, saat masuk juga sangat wangi, tidak berbau apek, stafnya ramah, makanannya juga enak-enak. Paling luar biasa adalah melihat matahari terbenam di atap lantai 5, terutama sambil minum kopi. Sangat direkomendasikan, cocok untuk liburan keluarga atau rombongan. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi.

Lokasinya lumayan dekat dengan pantai dan tempat makan. Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya sangat baik, parkirannya luas, dan lingkungannya nyaman dan sejuk. Dekat dengan masjid juga.

Hotel is nice, clean. Mattress is a bit hard but not so bad. Swimming pool, gym & sauna is clean & nice. Only the hot spring doesn’t look so pleasing to me.. came with 2 kids & they enjoyed it so much. Location wise is ok. Not so far from the city but if you’re not driving might be a little hard to get tuktuk or taxi. Staff is so friendly & hospitable. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is very clean and I especially want to say that the staff is very friendly. They are so helpful to us and they went an extra mile to even do us personal favors! We will definitely be back! The pool and hot spring is definitely a plus!

Saya sudah dua kali menginap di sini dan memesan kamar deluxe dan suite. Sama-sama nyaman. Ada juga tipe kamar untuk keluarga yang terdiri dari 2 kamar tidur, 1 kamar mandi, dan 1 ruang TV. Ada ruang bermain di lantai Pelayanannya bagus, stafnya ramah dan membantu. Sore hari diberi camilan, gorengan, pecel, teh, kopi, dan minuman sirup di roof top lantai 5 dengan pemandangan pantai yang indah saat matahari terbenam. Ada 2 kolam renang, untuk anak-anak dan dewasa. Namun, kolam renang dewasanya tidak terlalu dalam. Bagi saya yang tinggi badan 152 cm masih bisa berdiri. Area parkir cukup luas, ada lift. Tempat bilas di area parkir juga luas. Harganya tidak terlalu mahal.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of hatyai town. Can only be reached by local public transportation or by your own transportation. The room size is above average. The room is well painted and gives a good impression at first sight. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The only drawback is the electrical plugs, which are designed so that you cant fit two electrical appliances at adjacent ports. Some of the electrical plugs cant be used too. Looking forward to further improvements from the hotel operator.

Saya tidak tahan hanya untuk satu malam. Karyawan berbicara sangat buruk. Angkat suaramu dan buatlah wajah. Artinya, pelanggan tidak bisa parkir dengan baik. Kita harus saling memberi tahu dengan baik. Ini tidak emosional. Ini sangat buruk. Saya tidak tahan hanya untuk satu malam. Cukup.

Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan, menurut saya. Sejak pertama kali menginap karena tiba malam, saya langsung puas dengan pelayanannya. Tidak terlalu depan dengan pantai, tapi tidak terlalu jauh dari pantai. Ada kolam renang, taman bermain anak, dan rooftop yang memungkinkan untuk melihat matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Fasilitas hotel bintang lima lengkap, tetapi dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau menurut saya, tidak akan membuat kantong Anda kosong. Parkirnya sangat nyaman, dan kemarin-kemarin suami saya mengalami perut yang melilit, tidak tahu harus berbuat apa, tengah malam suami saya meminta bantuan, menelepon resepsionis untuk membeli obat, dibawa ke kamar, dan alhamdulillah suami membaik, dan pagi-pagi bisa melanjutkan liburan. Terima kasih kepada semua staf yang sangat ramah, semuanya sangat baik.

Penginapan yang bagus. Dari luar saja sudah terlihat nyaman, dan tempat parkirnya juga bisa menampung banyak mobil. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan AC yang dingin, serta disediakan sajadah dan Al-Quran di pojok kaca. Kamar mandinya juga bersih dengan shower yang memiliki shower panas dan dingin serta berfungsi dua kali. Ya, menginap di sini benar-benar membuat betah.
