Staff is professional and super friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and well equipped. The location is quiet but still within reasonable distance from the beach and the busier streets. We even prolonged our stay here because we appreciated the hotel and the hospitality so much. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this property twice now in a pool access room and will return on future visits. Service was amazing and Hotel was exactly what I needed. The breakfast was very good will a good variety of foods. I made the most of happy hour and enjoyed my room by the pool. The staff could not have been more helpful and I felt acknowledged each time I would walk through reception area. I can highly recommend Chanalai Hillside Resort. I was with my good friend on her first visit to Phuket and she thoroughly enjoyed the Resort and the location of the Hotel. Everything we need was closely. Well done Chanalai Hillside and thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

our stay here was nothing but amazing! all the staff were very attentive and friendly. we kindly got given an early check in too. rooms were modern and VERY spacious and clean. location is good, bar/shop/massage and scooter rental were all opposite and the main street was less than a 10 min walk
