We have stayed in many hotels over the years, most of which we have two stay-overs, and we have never had a bad experience. The room was filthy, the carpet was moldy, the mattress was dirty, and the smell was terrible. We were astonished at the rooms condition, which was so poor and dirty, especially the bedroom with the air conditioner, which was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the cascade restaurant where we had breakfast, Patrick and Panda, who work at the hotel, have always been amazing, but this was our biggest disappointment, and they just give it 3 stars. The bedroom doesn't live up to the standard I want from the dust thani brand, even though we have stayed in several hotels in Bangkok, hua hin, pocket, and in Pattys room, they also gave us a few days later and we actually had to ask the staff to provide them with an oil burner to cover up the bad odor in their room. The room was clean, the carpet was still dirty, and the smell was disgusting. When we entered the room, we were astonished at how shabby the room was, how filthy the carpet was, and how dirty the mattress was, and this place at least smelled clean, so we volunteered to move this one. Although we already booked this place 21

We had a fantastic time and came home feeling totally refreshed. Just got back from a two-week vacation in the dust Thani. You are adored from the minute you arrive until the moment you depart. The crew is extremely courteous and will do everything in their power to assist. We stayed in the club grand, which was lovely and roomy. The room is on the top level and has stunning views over Patties bay. The bathroom has a walkin closet and is nearly as roomy as some of the other rooms we've stayed in. The lagoon pool is lovely, and because it is situated on the point, it also enjoys beautiful views of the bay and the ocean. Club members are only permitted to get breakfast at the peak restaurant. There is also a fantastic selection of food available at the Bay restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings. On friday and Tuesday nights, there is a bbd there with a fantastic menu to choose from.
