This condo is in a great location, near the old city and restaurant. The condo is clean and wellmaintained. The view is amazing. Its not very quiet at night and morning. You can hear your neighbors.

Kelebihannya adalah harganya yang terjangkau dan AC yang dingin. Namun, kekurangannya adalah tidak terlalu bersih, peralatan tua, dan seluruh ruangan berdebu.

Kamarnya luas, apalagi kamar 1410. Kamar mandi bocor, pipa wastafel mampet. Beritahu pemilik ruangan agar teknisi datang dan melihat (auh tak acuh) Sangat buruk, biarkan saya beritahu!

I adore this location! The rooms are spotless, the views are breathtaking, and there is fresh fruit and vegetables right down in the lobby. There are both longterm and shortterm leases available, both day by day. Stop here if youre looking for fresh produce in the area, its affordable and open aroundtheclock!.

Living here is ideal! There is a bistro downstairs with good food, and it is peaceful. A convenient type store is located downstairs by reception. A nice added feature is laundry service. Simply place your laundry in a bag on the second shelf with your room number on it, and you receive it back 24 hours later, smelling fresh and folded! If you want to get some exercise and explore, they rent bicycles! The only drawback would be the lack of a pool and exercise room, but aside from that, they have it all and its in a nice location. The old city is only ten minutes away, and the hwy entrances are nearby.

I give this place 4 stars for location. The building is located in what looks like a middle class neighborhood and is the only tall building around. I enjoyed the view both day and night. Watching the city come alive in the morning and listening to birds. And view of the mountains on clear days. It was very refreshing to be somewhat removed from tourist areas though it is only about 20 minutes walk to the old city. As far as the apartment, it has everything one needs but dont expect any luxury. Plenty of hot water and function in the air conditioner. Im not sure if it can qualify as two bedrooms as it is really a bedroom and a loft. One has to walk through the bedroom to get to the loft. The bed was quite comfortable. Having a washing machine is always a plus, although there is a laundromat on the first floor. This is not a hotel building, my guess is that the apartments are individually owned and the common areas are somewhat run down. The lobby staff was very friendly but not employed by the apartment owners. I would stay again. I think it is perfect for family with children.

Sangat tidak cocok untuk tinggal. Disewakan sebagai apartemen studio, tapi tidak ada dapur. Saat check-in, kamarnya sangat berantakan, tidak bersih, mejanya berminyak, tidak bisa dibayangkan apa yang ada di sprei, sistem kelistrikan tidak ada, 3 dari 4 lampu tidak berfungsi, termasuk yang ada di kamar mandi, kecoa di kamar mandi, air keluar dari langit-langit, jamur dan noda di mana-mana, tetapi tidak ada yang bisa dihilangkan, bar kondominium sangat bagus.

Eric rented us room 706. He was a pleasure to deal with, and the Birsto staff were exceptional. The location is quite a distance from the city, so if you dont want to walk a lot, there is a lot of tuktuk cost. The office staff were helpful in arranging taxis and other services. The family. The room was a decent size, but it was filthy. It would be fine if it was closed for a day and cleaned spring clean, but the pictures hadnt been dusted in a long time because one could see 1/4 inch dust on top of the frames. The tub had mold around it, and the kitchen dishes were also few and filthy. Overall, it needs a thorough scrub, otherwise fine.

This condo is suitable for budget. The condition of the condo is clean and there is always someone to help you when needed. The building is quiet with well mannered tenants. They have drinks and convenient items for sale along with fresh vegetables, fruits and a restaurant.

I stayed in a deluxe apartment for 3 months and it was very nice. Everything was in good condition. The building was cool, with electricity, an open air area, friendly staff at reception, and a 24 hour convenience store. The only problem was when we had a burst pipe that flooded the apartment, as you can see in the picture above. Apart from that, it has been an excellent 3 months.

For a week, I stayed here. It's pretty good overall for the money. Ants are a little problematic, but all you need is to keep your food in the refrigerator and clean up afterwards. Wi-Fi is good, and air conditioning works well. My main complaint is, however, that it is not where the map states. About a mile south of where it is indicated. So it's a 25-minute walk to the south eastern corner of the square. Or you can get there without problems for 50 Baht with Uber. Just avoid being duped into paying 100 tbh by yuku taxis or red trucks.

The apartment is wellmaintained and quiet. Each room has a distinctive design. The location is good, making it easy to explore chiangmai city. However, the wifi connection is poor. At night, i cant connect to the wifi network. There isnt enough indoor parking. There is an assigned parking slot for certain rooms.
