The location is strategic, close to the city center and bangladesh. The beach is 100 meters away and has everything you need. There is a 7eleven on the 50 m. Restaurant in front of the hotel. Room needs renovation. In the end, we have good water pressure in 5 flore, which by the way dont have lifts for this price, but its okay if you dont need anything extra. Staff are always willing to help.

Ive been to thailand twice, and i can honestly say that this place is by far the best in terms of everything. Very friendly staff and owner, very clean hotel with a bar and pool for hangouts and not to mention live sports games. Will definitely visit this location again. Thank you for your hospitality!.

My wife and i discovered this wonderful location through referral from a security guard down the street after being turned away from another hotel. Philip Wood, the owner, gave us s tastiest room and even assisted us in carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs at 3.00. The room is nice and has all the conveniences and more. We will be back because the staff is very professional and polite. Thank you again, Philip!.

I stay here and had a floor without a window. The room is clean and equipped with basic facilities. It's a great short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Jung Cylon Mall is also within walking distance and there is a family mart right next door if groceries are required.

The employees are so laid back, and the customers are treated like royalty. Fantastic location with a pool and drinks. Maxie is spoilt and demands reeching on supper the next time or receiving 4.5 reviews.

This was my second time staying here, and i had a room on the second floor without tv. The room is clean and has basic amenities. Hotel location is great, close to restaurants and the beach. Jung ceylon mall is also within walking distance, as is jinceylon shopping center. If groceries are required, there is even symbolic food right next door.

Fantastic hotel, with a wonderful staff and incredibly kind and caring handsome australian owner. My favorite spot to stay in puket. Everything is within walking distance. I enjoyed eating the authentic thai cuisine from the nearby patong beach street and also from shehzad restaurant. You can say hello to their friendly pakistan server milad, who was genuinely amiable during the trip. Ms. Fatima, ms at the front desk, is seated. She is also very cordial and helpful. Her 700 tb trip made her arranged for me to take opulent vacation. In the future, im hoping to return to this amazingly cozy hotel.

My girlfriend and i stay here from march 17 to 20. Every time they make up our room, they always provide new pillows. Family Mart and 7 eleven are right next door. The only drawback is that there is no lift, so we had to climb up to our fourthfloor room.

This place is fantastic. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you require. George, the manager, is a wonderful guy, and fitima, who works at the front of the hotel, will arrange any trips and transportation that you need. There are many restaurants close by, while the beach is literally at its end. Its only ten minutes walk from the wellknown bangla road, which is close enough for you to enjoy the nightlife but far enough away not to be intrusive. I would gladly return.

I will return because of the excellent service and reception. I like black pearl patong, which is close to the patang beach. Very nice room. The hotel is not far from the beach, so i will stay here again. This hotel was excellent for me. Thank you very much for taking care of me!.

The staff and the location are hands down one of the best places ive stayed so far. The beds are absolutely top notch, the position is in the center of everything and how can i forget the owner is the sweetest and most kind person he has ever met in Thailand she made us feel at home and even upgraded us for our anniversary got it and it couldnt have been better than that for the price we paid. I stayed at the black pearl, and it was fantastic. The room was cozy and spotless. Excellent location, just a short stroll from restaurants and the beach. Bangla rd is easily accessible on foot. At the reception, i had incredibly helpful staff named wsum b. I am eager to return there.

I had a great time here. Its conveniently located near the beach and just walked from the nightlife of patong. The staff is friendly, and the room was very nice. If you want to be completely isolated from street noise, i recommend booking t u room on the 3rd or 4th floor, though ive found the area to have enough peace and quiet. There is n pool table for casual afternoon games, but the hotel only serves cold drinks, not food. Wifi was excellent, as was the bed.

This is the place to stay if you want a cheap room and dont have high expectations. The location is excellent. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and close to banglar road. A short stroll will get you to the beach. Good air conditioning is provided. You must hold the shower head yourself, making it difficult to use the beds and toilets because they are up on stepping stones, which makes sitting on them quite uncomfortable.

All the staff were friendly and kind, plus the place was placed very strategically. The location was quite close to the town, there are several restaurants nearby, which is a bit far from the city noise, such as Cut etc along Beach Street. The meal here was very tasty, and so do the prices. After that, the service here was very good, like the friendly employees at the receptionist. Subsequently, they provide some cleaning services every day, and they have a small beer bar next to the reception. Besides that, I got a great experience from them.
