I strongly recommend that you visit and stay here to enjoy the best service and facilities. I have been here for over 6 years in tge 2 bedroom apartment and would highly recommend the facilities with great broadband. In particular, i would like to personally thank the service staff who helped me tremendously when i fractured my femur last year.

When im in bangkok, i will always return and stay here. I get a living environment at premium sukhumvit 81. Excellent location near eateries and bts. I can go to the supermarket and bts with their tuktuk service and convenience. The staff is really accommodating and helpful. Mr. Vic always makes an effort to accommodate me and kiki is really kind. The room is spotless and wellkept. The amenities are also spotless.

Strongly recommended! This place is a great place to stay in the heart of bangkok. It feels like home. I have been staying here for 5 years since december 2014. Nice, clean rooms with modern design and a very spacious area, with excellent rates. Good surroundings, and you can sleep soundly at night because it is quiet at night. However, there are several nice night markets nearby, some less than 300 meters, with a variety of delicious thai food and bars. You can also do your laundry very easily there. Ipremium also has a very nice canteen with very authentic tasty thai food that you can order directly from your room. Thanks to all the staff and managers, they are very kind and helpful. Its just very convenient in many ways. Tuk service can get you to bts on nut station or just a 3minute bike taxi ride away. Good value with good service and a good place to stay for a long or short stay in the center of thai city. Close to big supermarkets like big c and tesco tops.

I stayed here in a studio apartment for 4 months over the summer and loved it. The staff are kind and dedicated to ensuring you have a good stay and the security officers are very friendly. The beds arent the most comfortable, but most beds in thai are on the hard side. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a free morning and evening tuk service from the building and bts included and if you leave at other times there are lots of motorbikes passing by to take you to the bts. 711 and a large outdoor food market are just down the road, which is something you dont usually consider. The nearby on nut bts station has a large supermarket attached.

The apartment is basic, but the location is convenient. Just a 2minute walk to 7eleven and a 15minute walk to sky train bts. The hotel has tuk tuks to take you to bts station, so getting around is no problem.

This place is home. Ive been here for over two months and everything i needed was provided. Clean room with large fridge, great wifi if you get a room near a router, laundry facilities on site and there is a restaurant on the first floor. Its in a safe and active neighborhood with lots of shops and food vendors, and there is a new 7-11 right across the street (a big one). Also, iPremium 81 has security at all times of the day. The free tuktuk can take you to nut bts, locus market, and centuri movie plaza at specific hours of the day. Most importantly, the staff is very helpful and attentive to your every need. You can ask for things like fans and stovetop appliances if your room doesnt have them. I see why many residents sign longterm leases. Yes, it is a residence and hotel.

I paid 140,00 baht for a monthlong stay at iPremium. The sixthfloor room had a lovely view of the city and was roomy and tidy. The home gym system was functional and wellmaintained, and there were a few cardio machines in the gym. The On nut bts station is about 900 meters away from this apartment. If you dont mind walking like me, i usually ended up taking a 10 baht motorcycle taxi or using the shuttle that is provided because sukhumvit 81 is small and extremely crowded. The personnel was welcoming and spoke english. When i left, i had no trouble getting my damage deposit back. The two things i didnt like about staying here were the large gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, which resulted in the room becoming infested with insects, particularly mosquitoes and ants. Additionally, the wifi was incredibly slow and essentially useless.

My home. Lovely apartments on soi 81. Near a 7-11, a variety of restaurants, and a beer garden! Its a little down into the soi, but during busy hours they offer a tuktuk. Otherwise, 15 baht on a motorbike to sukhumvit. Kiky, Lily, and their team are responsive, and nothing is an issue!.

I highly recommend ipremium and would highly recommend staying there and seeing for yourself. I have stayed here twice, and this time it has definitely become my goto place to stay in bangkok. The rooms are excellent, with a huge kingsize bed, and its only 30 minutes from the airport and close to entertainment and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always make sure to be there when i return, which is always a nice touch.

Good location, there is a 711 right in front of the station and a free tuk to the bts station in the morning and finish work time. Kiki and lily were nice and helpful. Good internet. Will be back. Thank you.

Ive been to ipremium twice, and im still so happy to be here. The rooms are tidy and roomy. A complimentary tuk, a pickup laundry service, a delicious restaurant on the ground floor, and a fitness center on the second floor are all available. The manager, kiki, is incredibly kind and always helpful, and her staff is excellent as well. Highly recommended for both short and long stays, with excellent locations close to the mall and bts. Cant wait to return to ipremium next year.
