Right next to Relax Bay beach which was never too crowded. Place was bigger than expected with a small kitchen. Nice and clean. Very quiet at night so slept great. Unfortunately I never got the check in email, but manager was easy to reach over WhatsApp and showed up just a few minutes later to help me so all good. Greatly recommend this quiet place, would definitely stay again!

They don't provide the room that the customer book and they take us to another room at another place, the bungalow is okay but they want you to pay more for the standard. My friend is staying at the school beach homestay and it seems like a great place to stay if you get to stay there.

The location is great and the staff were very helpful and friendly, they found us a room that was so good that we had to move rooms as the other one was already reserved.

It was difficult to check in as my friend and I arrived there on November 22 nd, and when we got dropped off, it was unclear where to even check in. When we had found out who to speak to, the proprietor of the property and his family were extremely friendly and inviting. No great English, but that is okay. When we arrived at the room, it appeared clean, but after inspecting the mattresses as we do at every hotel, there were bed bugs on both mattresses' seams. My companion switched on her phone light and observed one of them move! Next, we grabbed our bags and went to reception to inform the man about the situation and that we would like a refund. He advised me to cancel my reservation through them by calling reservation. Com. application handled the situation well, but while we were waiting for a phone call back from them, the proprietor told us to wait at the front desk and he would look at the mattresses. Sincerely, we should have just gone with him. When application called back, he said he agreed to give us a refund for three out of four nights we had reserved because he could not see the bugs. The proprietor stated he would refund me in full for all four nights if I could show him the bugs. I went to the room to show him, and the mattresses appeared brand new because the other ones were clearly used before. They must have changed

I stayed here for months because I can say this is the best place, especially for the location that is close to the beach and is also where they rent scooters. Everything is very good, and the location is also perfect.

This property has great value. Perfect for backpackers and families. The bungalows are spaciously decorated, basic but comfortable, and clean, and surrounded by shady lush palm trees and a well-kept yard. The owners, a lovely Thai family, are incredibly friendly and kind, and they will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also, they have a small but practical restaurant next door that serves the best mango sticky rice I have ever eaten!
