• To help maintain cleanliness, pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
• Pets must be kept on a leash or wear a collar at all times when outside the room.
• Kindly make sure your pet does not create excessive noise, disturbance, or pose any risk to other guests.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste, both indoors and outdoors.
• Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner.
• Please bring your own pet essentials such as towels, bedding, food bowls, and diapers or pads if needed.
• A NUYU Pet Kit is available upon request (please inform us at least 2 days in advance). The kit includes:
– Towel
– Wet wipes
– Flea and tick spray
– Pet bowl
– A complimentary welcome snack is provided for your pet upon check-in.

1. NUYU Glamping Tents
• 0–5 years old: No extra fees (No breakfast, No extra bed). Optional Breakfast: 220 THB/person.
• 6–9 years old: 600 THB (Includes breakfast, No extra bed).
• 10 years old and above: 1,300 THB (Includes breakfast + Extra bed).

2. Lotus Lake House / Piromrat Country Home
• 0–5 years old: No extra fees (No breakfast, No mattress). Optional Breakfast: 220 THB/person.
• 6–9 years old: 500 THB (No breakfast, No mattress). Optional Breakfast: 220 THB/person.
• 10 years old and above: 1,000 THB (No breakfast, Mattress included). Optional Breakfast: 220 THB/person.

Pet Policy
Stay Discounts: Stay 2 nights or more, get a 50% off on pet fees from the second night onwards.

• Weight & Quantity Restrictions:
   1–25 kg: Maximum 2 pets per tent.
