Had a great time with the family, great pool and staff. Shops are very close and amazing food. Close to kata beach and a quick ride from Karon or a nice walk if you’re up for it. Will be back next year for sure.

Lokasi pantainya rata-rata. Tidak dekat, tetapi banyak hotel yang lebih jauh. Aman, aman, tidak ada yang dicuri. The hotel is beautiful, aztec themed and geared for children. The food and drink prices are higher than usual, but thats to be expected in kata or karon. The majority of the customers are of Russian descent, then Asians, or chinese, this is the norm across the island. The activity pool is great, kids love it. Decent gym and kids club. The rooms are great, they are in a fanily room. Very large and comfortable super king bed for kids. Lovely shower, ice cold air conditioning, good water pressure. The location is good, in the middle of kata. The staff is attentive as expected if you are respectful. This is the same everywhere, be respectful to the staff and it will be reciprocated.

Hotel ini modern dan mungkin satu-satunya nilai tambah. Kamarnya bagus, akomodasi nyaman untuk anak-anak. Hotel selalu penuh, ini kelemahan utamanya. Air di kolam kotor. Dan tentunya selalu menimbulkan kejengkelan dan rasa malu bagi rekan senegaranya yang menginap di sunbeds di pagi hari dan berangkat. Apa pendidikan dan kurangnya rasa hormat ibu dan bayi tidak bisa berbaring. Sayang sekali staf tidak responsif, hotel lain mengosongkan sunbeds.

Di kamar pertama kami, wastafelnya bocor dan lantai toilet basah setelah berenang. Setelah menghubungi nomornya, Staf: responsif, ramah. Mereka sangat ingin membantu dan pergi ke pertemuan. Hotel ini luar biasa (ruang bermain untuk anak-anak, kolam renang, sarapan, kafe). Tapi kamarnya sangat lembab. Kami pulang ke rumah kemarin dan barang-barang kami berbau busuk. Kolam renang dan seluncuran sangat menyenangkan! Sarapannya biasa saja, kuah dan mienya cukup enak, sisanya hanya roti barat, telur, ham dan buah-buahan, tapi tarif kamarnya tidak mahal, okelah. Kamarnya tidak lembap seperti yang saya kira. Kamar mandi dan fasilitas kamar lainnya mudah digunakan. Secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus.
