The pool here was fantastic and the facilities here were impressive and nice. The staff was very nice and caring. The pool was very beautiful and spotless. The pool facilities were also superb, so there was plenty of space. They provide lots of lounges and beautiful white sand beach.

We have visited parade twice already. We return because the beach is breathtaking and it is a private beach with very low-cost residents. The breakfast and coffee are excellent. However, the dining and service must be better than in the past to be a five-star hotel, and it was much better when we visited in 2019. As one of the other resort visitors pointed out, leadership is essential for the location's failure to develop. There is no permanent leader present. She arrives in the morning and is probably responsible for three other hotels on the island with the same issues. The return to service. Most of the staff is poorly educated in English, and we were primarily served by students. Although I have to admit that I feel sorry for these young people because they are not properly trained, staying at parade will cost you a fair bit. You are not able to eat well at all for the food, but it is not much more, and it's hard to find something to eat if you stay there for five days or more. Much superior to the westernmost are the Thai component of the many.

What a wonderful and restful trip we had at your stunning motel, to everyone on the parade crew! We want to extend a sincere gratitude to all of the employees who diligently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable. We'd like to thank everyone, but particular thanks and apologies for spelling names wrongly here. Aya, Marlon, the spa staff, the grill, and nom, among others, contributed to making our friends' birthday so special. The entire team sang a happy birthday, gave a banner, cake, and even a singh with candles on! The reception personnel was also very helpful in rearranging our transfer times to enable us to remain on the resort, leaving our rooms until the last hour and preventing a very long wait between check-out and our flight from Bangkok back home This was above and beyond and made a huge difference to us all. We would also like to mention som. Although new as a trainee, she was a true joy and a credit to the team she is sure to continue to shine! I would also like to offer one recommendation. The impact of humans on our oceans, as with all regions of the globe, was all too obvious. The wonderful employees worked tirelessly and excelled in maintaining the beach clean and beautiful. The hotel is in our opinion, but the responsibility for this rests with us all

This is our second visit to parade. We return because the beach is very nice and it is a private beach with very low-paid tourists. Breakfast and coffee are very nice. However, the food and service must improve to become a five-star hotel and were much better when we were here in 2019. As some of the other resort guests said. The place is lacking Seoul, and it starts with leadership. There isn't a permanent leader on site. She comes in the morning and is probably responsible for three other same hotels on the island. Returning to service. Most of the staff understands and speaks English very well, and we were mostly served by trainees. I must admit that I feel sorry for these young people because they are not properly trained, but at the end of the day, you pay quite a bit to stay at parade. The food is adequate, but not more, and if you stay there for 5 days or more, you are struggling to find something to eat. The Thai part of the many is much better than the western one.
