Great place for the price. Clean and New construction. I would ignore old posts. This place is doing their best and that’s enough for me at under 50USD per night…if you want a beach club with unnecessary guards at every entrance in the beach there’s a place next-door that’s run by the Burmese that will charge you about two to $400 a night… but you came to Thailand, right?

Ignore the old reviews- this place has had a makeover and for the price, it’s excellent. You can’t get closer to the beach, the area is quiet but still with enough shops/ cafes and restaurants. Good air con, hot shower with good temperature, clean bedding and room. We stayed here for two nights over new years to head to the FMP, it was about 300 baht ew pp for a taxi there and also about 300 baht pp to the pier - but it’s much nicer than staying in Haad Rin if you’re a couple. And the beach makes it also worth paying that bit extra for! Didn’t use the pool but plenty of people were, the temperature felt good (perhaps could’ve had a bit of a clean though)

Schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Anlage wird jeden Tag gepflegt. Die Bungalows haben das nötigste Inventar mit einer flüsterleisen Klimaanlage und eine überdachte Terrasse. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist absolut Top !!

I loved our stay. It was like the bungalow I stayed at when I came here 30years ago. Nothing fancy but clean sheets, comfortable bed, little restaurant was great. The surf can be a bit rough. You can easily walk into town, all the things you need. We rented a scooter do we could beach hop, next beach over is lovely and calm. If you have a scooter go check out 2C Bar, amazing!!

The place doesn’t come with air conditioning, which I guess is expected since it doesn’t say so online, but for the price it is ridiculous that the AC didn’t work in our room. It was far from the pier, honestly probably the longest drive you could have on the island. A bit dirty. Overall though it was ok. The staff was nice and it was right on the beach which was pretty.

Très beau environnement ,plage et piscine super, taxi cher pour aller en ville (horaire fixe si vous voulez des prix raisonnable ) restaurant ok mais le personnel de service un peu bizarre !!! Pas de spa, seulement des masseuses

Overall a descent hotel. Only downside is that the pillows were like sleeping on a huge rock, and there was some difficulty communicating to most of the staff since most of them only spoke Thai.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in der Anlage ist super. Die Bungalows werden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Restaurant ist mittelmäßig und sehr teuer. Es gibt aber genügend Alternativen im Ort. Bestimmt wird der NOI Beach von 4 Luxusanlagen. Deren Gäste bestimmen auch das Preisniveau im Ort. Zum Schwimmen für ältere Gäste und vor allem für Kinder ist der NOI Beach weniger geeignet. Die Wellen waren ca. 1,50 m hoch und der ständige Wind war kalt. Für diese Gäste ist der Yai Strand wesentlich besser geeignet, weil geschützter.

När taxin körde in på den lilla vägsnutten innan hotellet var det som att komma rakt in i en jungelfilm... Supermysigt! Personalen vänliga och hjälpsamma, Ville byta stuga eftersom jag reser ensam med två mindre barn och två tonåringar, ville byta till en stuga vid poolen och personalen gjorde sitt yttersta för att hjälpa. En lampa var trasig i den nya stugan men den lagade de blixtsnabbt. Hotellet har säkert några år på nacken men fungerar verkligen. Stranden är makalös och ligger tio steg från vår bungalow. Frukosten ganska simpel, och här skulle några i personalen behöva träna upp sin charm...Annars har de varit / är de supergulliga.
