The location is good and the staff is very friendly. You can choose your hot breakfast from the menu and it is made fresh for you. Overall a very good experience.

The service staff is very good, gives good advice, and travel is convenient. The hotel has a shuttle service. However, in the room there was no slipper to change. And got smack dab next to the road which made some noise in morning. There is also tavern in this room.

I booked a standard twin room for 2 nights but different order. Got the same room every night. First night was decent. When we left for the concert at impact, they serviced the room. We returned at night and were welcomed by 2 cockroaches. Thank god these cockroachels have wings. Im not sure where it came from, its impossible if we accidentally brought the roach in our luggage when we checked in because the luggage has been through multiple scans and checkups at the airport customs office. Apart from that, overall, the accommodation is comfortable. The atmosphere is very nice. For muslims, it is tastier to pray because of the small room size. At rm 105 for one night (2 people), it costs ps105. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Ac tends to warm during the day i set it at 30 degC overnight, so ill turn it on again. Will ive booked another room here? Probably will book reserve he next time. Otherwise, no.

The room is basic and small but perfect for our needs and most importantly, clean. The location is perfect to access from the main road, tucked away in a quiet corner. We walked to irritan mall quite easily. Just take your time as there are no pavements all the way. Food was simple but sufficient. Breakfast only on site. For dinner we went to the hiden garden which was very upbeat, efficient and had e g menu. Cocktail menu is great. Show your room key and you will get ten percent discount on your food. Pricier than other restaurants around, but because it is right outside your door, its worth it. Free coffee and biscuits in reception area and reeked massage chair.

The location is very close to impact convention hall. Friendly staff. The free shuttle bus is a plus. It would be great if the shower had hotter water flow. To the owner, please improve on the hot shower and this place will be perfect.
