I would highly recommend this hotel. My boyfriend and I have been here for three weeks and have had a great time. We stayed in a junior suite. The only drawback I would say is that there were tiny ants in our room. We spoke to the front desk, and they immediately relocated us to a different room. To be fair, after a few days in that room, we discovered more ants. The little ants were very tiny and had been just in the sink area when you first entered, clearly others had raised concerns for this because, to be honest, it did not affect my views of the hotel. I just wanted to make sure I mentioned that the hotel itself is wonderful. The one thing I will say is that it is located at the very end of the beach, so you must walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes for any activity. Of course, there is plenty of food close by, but in terms of massages and shops, you have to walk a little walk. We purchased a package that included breakfast every day and were so happy that we did, the breakfast was fantastic every morning. If your able, I highly recommend adding that to your stay the upstairs pool is stunning, and the swim-up bar is so engaging. The bartenders are lovely, and most hotel guests travel there at dusk to watch the sunset. The hotel's gym is a decent size.

I would very highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for three weeks and had a great time. We stayed in the junior suite, the only thing I would say was the negative was that we had little ants in our room, we spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to another room. A few days into that room, lol, we found more ants to be fair. They were very tiny little ants, and they were only in the area of the sink when we first walked in. Others obviously had complaints about this, because we received a letter under our door informing us that they would do a fumigation to get rid of the ants at the hotel, honestly, it didn't change my view of the hotel. I just wanted to make sure I mentioned that the hotel itself is really nice, but one thing I will say is that it is at the very end of along the beach, so be prepared to walk at least 15 to 20 minutes for any action. Of course, there are lots of food within a few minutes of the hotel, but in terms of massages and stores, you have to walk a little walk. We bought the package with breakfast every day, and we were happy that we did. The upstairs pool is breathtaking, and the swim-up bar is really fun. The bartenders are friendly, and many of the hotel people go there at sunset to watch

The service from the employees here is very impressive. They were also very attentive when we arrived for breakfast as there was an unsatisfactory service. Plus, the breakfast was poor, including the standard fairly decent variety. The restroom was also not well stocked. You can still get cutlery sheets, chairs, or coffee cups, but that's the best part. Their place is also close to the beach. It took me 10 minutes to walk.

The total result is three hotels. Breakfast is average quality staff are confused and don't know what to do. Housekeeping is another chapter. Rp and your room is not finished. Receptionists are joking and helpful. English is not good. However, 100 usd for late checkout is absolutely overpriced. I asked for 4 extension only.

I feel that lack of management gives me bad feedback. But breakfast staff are a bunch of crap. The breakfast was average. The reception staff manage the price and the hotel. The total result is 3 hotels. Breakfast of standard quality. Staff are disoriented because they don't know what to do. Housekeeping is another chapter. Rp and your room isn't finished. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. English is bad. But 100 dollars for late checkout is extremely overpriced I asked for 4 extension only.
