The Astra Boutique was the best spot for us to stay and explore Istanbul from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was perfect and had everything we needed and was very comfortable for myself and my two teens, the breakfasts were amazing and the terrace is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. The location makes it easy to walk to all of the sites, or take the bus or tram or ferries from (we did all of those!). The street is quiet and there’s a bench out front to rest and people watch and write postcards. I would highly recommend the Astra Boutique to anyone looking to stay in a place that is near the action but easy to escape the action. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff there for making our stay so comfortable.

Amazing breakfast here! Truly enjoyed it with a stunning view!!! The staff is amazing. Very nice people. Room was fairly clean. It wasn’t dirty but not in pristine condition. I love the historic building and architecture of this hotel. But it does have an old building smell which is expected with historic buildings so it did not come as a surprise. The bed was very comfortable and room was cozy. Bathroom was very small but it’s alright, it worked out for us. Overall, we loved our stay and we will be back when we are in Istanbul again 😊

The staff were lovely and welcoming. We stayed for our 1st year’s marriage anniversary in the standard triple room. The room was nice and clean, albeit a lot cosier than in the photos. Sufficient for a couple but could be a little cramped for more. The building is quite old and the walls are thin, however the brickwalls adds to the charm of the place. Its location is ideal for anyone who wishes to visit the Grand Bazar, Bacila Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Haga Sophia, Balat, etc. Can all be easily walked to or via bus or tram from the nearby station

The room was very clean and tidy. It was small room but comfortable. The manager was great. He was very helpful and professional. There is a roof terrace with beautiful views of Istanbul and the Bosphorous.

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Personeller inanılmaz ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Tarihi mekanlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Metro durağına da çok yakın. Oda temizlik ve ebat olarak yeterliydi. Klima ve sıcak su mevcuttu. Otelin terası harika. Terasta istediğin zaman çay kahve ve soğuk su mevcuttu. Astra butik otele tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.

I spent three nights at this hotel, and while it doesnt have the best view from the rooms, it does offer the most satisfying view of the terrace. Since there are always noises around, i wouldnt recommend staying on the ground floor because you wont get any privacy, but overall, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The only issue with the hotel is that you must climb a small hill to get to the motel, which is fine. This hotels greatest feature is its terrace

I want to express my gratitude to astra boutique. We recently returned from turkish tourism. I would like to emphasize how wonderful our time at the upscale boutique Astra Boutique was. Each location has its unique charm. My kids wished they could have stayed longer in this hotel, but they are not easy to please! This is an authentic location and incredibly unique experience. Loukman deserves kudos for always being helpful and friendly to us throughout the day. Until next time.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The location is very convenient with great views of the Bosporous. I’d particularly express my appreciation to the staff of the hotel, Lokman was incredibly kind, helpful, and ensured we felt at home, I messaged him several times throughout our stay and he was always so gracious. I forgot the other gentlemen name as we only interacted with him once (he is from Afghanistan). Their service was superb. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues and hopefully we will be back to Istanbul and will return here again. and the view from the terrace? THE BEST in the city!
