Dear hotel management, i would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kind hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at your prestigious hotel. I am pleased to commend your staff for their exceptional service, which was characterised by professionalism, warmth, and attention. The room occupied was spotless and wellmaintained, thanks to the diligent daily care provided by your housekeeping staff. However, im sorry to bring up two areas that require attention to you. First of all, the internet wifi was extremely slow, rendering it practically useless and causing me a lot of inconvenience. Second, there was inadequate sound isolation between rooms, leading to excessive noise levels that included even mobile phone vibrations, disrupting my sleep quality. Im confident that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns, as they can significantly affect the overall guest experience. Thank you for your thoughtful attention, sir. The location is in the center of the city. The staff and services are excellent. A rich breakfast that tastes good and is clean. Although the room is a little small, we managed to get through it.

This location offers all the essentials. The staff members are exceptional and speak sufficient english. There is a wide variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was excellent, and overall, it was relatively quiet. If you want to venture out or even just visit the hotel restaurant and bar, there is also excellent nightlife nearby. Additionally, parking was extremely easy to arrange.

The hotel exceeds expectations, and the staff is helpful and fluent in english. The breakfast is excellent, the room is a mediumsized size and suitable for couples. Near the hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants. Expect some music noises over the weekend as some cafe raise the music, but it is not from the motel. I highly recommend the accommodation for families or couples alike.
