Extremely well maintained. The two brothers were very helpful with all the tips about Istanbul. The property is at the best possible location. You can pretty much walk to most places. Public transport is 5 min walk. Breakfast is wonderful. We did not use the room cleaning everyday, but when we used it, it was better than any 5 star hotel we stayed. The terrace is wonderful with a peaceful moment of solitude, with views of bosphorus. Highly highly recommended.

The Bram Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul - an easy walk to everything you want to see, yet tucked away in a (relatively!) quiet street. We loved our room, the enormous, fresh tasty breakfast and our kind, helpful and cheerful hosts Ali & Tarkan. Nothing was too much trouble - endless cups of tea, sight seeing advice when wanted it, hammam bookings and a cheerful greeting from early in the morning until late in the evening. But most of all, we loved the rooftop terrace. We spent some of every evening just sitting looking at the skyline, sunsets and birds - listening to the round robin of multiple call to prayers filling the evening with a fabulous atmosphere and reminding us of where we were. It really is a peaceful, magical place. Thank you for having us in Istanbul, it was such a pleasure to stay at your hotel.

We were really happy with our choice of hotel in Istanbul. It’s a newer hotel within a short walk of the main attractions in the Old Town. The owners were very helpful and attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the AC worked great. There’s also an elevator and an airport shuttle stop right nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, on the quite street in the old part of town. Walking distance to the Marmara seashore, bazars, Blue mosque, Galata tower. Hotel offers street level cafe and rooftop space to enjoy the view. There is a fruit shop across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff.

War mit einem Freund für eine Woche in Istanbul. Gebucht hatten wir ein gtoses Zimmer im Bram Hotel. Zimmer, Lage, Ausstattung und Terrasse waren wie beschrieben. Lage war sehr gut und binnen 5 Minuten war man zu Fuss an der Blauen Moschee. Die Mitarbeiter bzw. Eigetümer des Hotels waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten sehr gute Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Frühstück war Klasse und immer abwechselnd. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurents. Wer einen Stadturlaub plant, ist mit dem Bram Hotel sehr gut beraten. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

This was a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the breakfast was a set piece and plentiful. The guys were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is in a good location only 5-10 minutes from the Blue Mosque and another 10 or so minutes from the other attractions.

I chose the Bram hotel based on glowing reviews and now I know they are all more than deserved. It is a family owned and managed cozy hotel in a very tourisy area. The hospitality that Ali, Tarkan and the team showed us was unmatched - you feel like a dear guest, and not just a customer. The room was very clean and new, and the rooftop terrace was definetely a highlight. It was also the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel - it was the variation of the same meal, but it has so many different meals, yummy and tasted homemade. I’m normally not a breakfast person yet I looked forward to it every morning. When we needed a small fix in our room, it was looked at at the same day (even though it was nothing urgent). Ali and Tarkan are such great hosts, and I got so many thoughtful recomenndations about my trip, and it elevated our experience greatly! The same goes for other lovely people who work there - they were also kind, helpful and very efficient. Thank you for everything and will see you next time I’m in Istanbul.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I think I would have to spend a lot of money to find a better hotel than Bram. What an incredible deal this place is! The hotel appears to be brand new, it’s in a great part of of the city, the staff is more helpful than one could hope for and they send you off each morning with a great breakfast and a list of ideas for the day’s activities. In fact, the breakfast itself is half the reason I will stay at Bram when I next travel to Istanbul.
