Overall, we had a really good experience with the hotel. Before coming we were worried after reading the reviews but couldn't disagree more with many of the negative comments stated in our own experience. The staff was lovely and really helpful especially fast who went above and beyond to entertain everyone. Id say the hotel is definitely a 3 star rather than a 4. But you get what you pay for. Food was nice, wide selection at the start of the holiday. However, as the seasons come to an end, the main restaurant is closed and we eat from the ala carte restaurant free of charge it's mainly the same food youd be served in the main restaurant. Rooms are relatively large depending on which side of the building you are located. We started out on the older side of the building, but during the second week of our stay we moved to the newer side which is much more modern and spacious. The location is fairly good, there is a taxi located outside and it shows prices for travel etc. The closest beach is about a 20-minute walk, but there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby within a 5-minute walk. To get into earmarks town center, you need to take a transport. The hotel is being renovated at the end of this season, so I do expect it to be much more modern and updated next year. However, even without this, it's worth what you spend

We recently returned from a lovely 13 night stay here. Our room was spacious and had almost everything we required, and the hotel is immaculate. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more storage and hanging space, as all of our clothes eventually fell all over the place after a while. Additionally, it would be nice if there had been a bottle of water each day instead of just one at the beginning of the holiday. Everything else was fine. The housekeeping crew works very hard every day. The pools are wonderful, but it's only because it's October. Since our granddaughter loved them and spent most of her time swimming pool, they can't be too terrible. One of the slides wasn't functioning, but I'm aware that the entire pool, entertainment space, is being renovated, so I'm sure everything will be resolved. The entertainment crew takes the maximum effort with what they have. It was a little repetitive, but that was the same with an allinclusive. We had no trouble finding a table at all because we were at the end of the season. When the hotel is full, it might differ. The bar staff, waiters, receptionists, cleaners, and entertainment crew are all lovely. It's no wonder they get a nasty response. The stair lighting is one area I'd like to be more welcoming.
