The rooms were comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if I had to go back. The clinic provided me with this hotel for 10 days while I was doing dental work. The staff was the best part of my stay. Every step of the way, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. My room 514 was a newly renovated room with a super king bed since my husband would be joining me for the first five days. The very nice housekeeper asked me every day if I wanted it cleaned. I didn't think it wasn't essential every day, but she insisted she gave me fresh bottled water and emptying the bins etc. I adore having an empty refrigerator in a room so I could put my own stuff in it nice bathroom very modern. Great hot chocolate the pool is large and the spa area is very clean. I laughed a bit every time I saw the unusual design of the carpet in the hallways! It was about 12 hours from the center of Istanbul and inexpensive taxis make it work, I felt very comfortable.

Hotel mewah sesuai namanya, fasilitas lengkap, kamar luas, kamar mandi bagus, dekat bandara tetapi sayangnya jauh dari pusat kota, butuh 30 menit naik taksi ke Blue Masjid, makanan eropa tersedia, termasuk hotel baru.

Akhirnya kami merasakan juga menginap di hotel yang indah. Kamarnya luas dan terasa bintang 5 nya. TVnya besar, sarapannya internasional apalagi kami sudah eng makan masakan turki yang tidak sesuai di lidah. Kamar mandinya juga oke banget. Sayang tempatnya sangat jauh dari kota. Jadi sangat memakan waktu jika ingin ke pusat kota untuk berjalanjalan. Apalagi istanbul adalah kota yang padat lalu lalang. Kemacetan ada dimanamana. Jadi jangan lupa luangkan waktu Anda untuk perjalanan.

The stay was very satisfying with all the good amenities that were provided at the hotel, breakfast was good, and service was also excellent. And then, Serial, the host of the breakfast lounge, deserves a mention because he was outstanding and bent over backward to fulfill our every request. This hotel gets a four-out of five rating as being a little far from Istanbul's top tourist attractions, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Apart from the 40 to 60 minute taxi ride from the city center, everyone else loved it.
