This hotel is fantastic. My family and i are staying in one of the luxury rooms. The location is ideal. Everything is immaculate, and the beds are really comfy. Staff members are incredibly kind, attentive, or supportive of visitors. We want to express our gratitude to mr. Kayra in particular. These wonderful guys are there to assist you with anything. The hotel is brand new and very nice, but you wont have any problems because everything is fully seated. It is in a great location, very close to the grand bazaar and sultanahmet square, you can get there on foot or by tram in no time. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very relevant. The receptionists provided exceptional customer service. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent advice and answering our questions about how to get to specific areas of Istanbul. Whenever we popped out and returned to the hotel, they always gave us a warm welcome and greeted us with grins. Excellent location. A tram stop is only ten minutes away from the motel. There are two mosques in the neighborhood. Other locations are simple to reach. Restaurants, spas and supermarkets are all conveniently close by. If you walk there, the grand bazaar is just 15 minutes distant. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family who are visiting turkey. We hope to return in future. The tram closes at midnight, and there isnt much to do nearby. There is not much activity to explore. Overall, its a decent place, but if you prefer to stay out late, it is best to avoid this place.4.8/59 Mar 2024

This hotel was ideal for our needs. Excellent location, checkin process, friendly staff, clean hotel, and comfortable lobby. They offer pcr testing on site, which was a bonus because we didnt even need to leave our hotel for it. Very comfortable rooms in idly place. Istanbuls most famous attractions are within walking distance. I cant say enough good things. The price point was excellent. Would definitely book here again! Loved the city of turkey.4.8/54 Dec 2023

This place is recommended for those staying alone or as a couple for less than ten weeks. Its surrounded by pleasant and cozy areas where you can sleep and begin your walks. Everything you need is easily accessible, from restaurants to pharmacies to souvenir shops. The location is excellent because it isnt too busy yet, but it still takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to most important attractions. Prices are average around. In comparison to other locations, the hotel staff is courteous and kind. To be honest, we had high hopes for fewer rooms, however, they appear to be at the average market price for the money. The location is ideal, the location on the old city center is excellent. The staff is firstrate and nothing was an issue. I am constantly impressed by his hospitality. Thank you for his hard work. This place is close to restaurants and local stores. The location is strategic, just a 10 to 15minute walk from the main attractions. And then, the hotel was amazing. After that, even though my room had slant towards the street, it was really quiet once the windows were closed.4.6/58 Mar 2024

I recently stayed in this hotel for about 5 nights. The hotel is close to the most convenient amenities and historic sites. Room service is on point, with daily cleaning services. Excellent service from the reception staff, mr. Emrah and his team. There was a problem with the safe, and he suggested resolving it for me before my flight. We stayed 6 nights with parents, plus young and old children. We booked 3 rooms, one of which had 3 beds. The threebed room was on the ground floor and had a window that faced swaying against the wall. Two other rooms were on first floor facing the busy street front street. No real complaints about the rooms. Rooms are small as expected in stanbul. But the room is clean, well furnished, and has tasty coffeemaking. Every day free bottles of water are placed in the space which was nice. Toilet was good and shower with very good water pressure and temperature. If the hotel is small, you need to know it in advance to notice it. Very polite and friendly reception staff. There is no breakfast or restaurant in this small hotel. However, there are two turkish restaurants and one indian restaurant right next to the motel. Also, three grocery stores are very close to hotels location. It is in an akfatih area, close by local markets and shopping areas, near metro station (may be 200 meters away, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Noise from the street can be disturbing. One time during our stay, someone tried to open our room at night. Later, the reception apologized for that and said it was by mistake. He kept apologizing until the date we left the4.6/57 Dec 2023

The experience was pleasant up until the last day of our stay here. The concierge said that our private transportation to the airport was a compliment. To our surprise, we even asked again that it was free. Yes, the concierge answered, but this morning with the change of the staff to mr. Emrah. He insisted that we have to pay for private transport and his attitude was not good as if we were lying to him. Special thanks to emrah and khaled at the reception and of course the lady with big blue eyes and big smile who made sure we had a clean room and fresh towels and sheets when we returned to the room every day.
