We couldnt sleep because of the noise, not just outside the windows but also from the hotel lobby. The door and windows were very thin you could hear everything. When we told the staff on our second day that it was a problem, they understood but couldnt change rooms until the next night. When we eventually got a better room on the second floor at the back of the hotel we could still hear the loud music from the clubs around the hotel but we couldnt do anything about it. The staff was friendly but we lack communication, the rooms were a bit small but fine for the days we were there but the toilet didnt have a ventilation system and the door was glass and didnt close all the way! The only good thing was the location of the hotel it is in istiklal and a 4 minute walk to taksim square.4.8/520 Jul 2024

A decent budget hotel not far from taksim square. The premium twin room was bright and clean, the shower was slightly unusual and separate from the toilet, but the shower itself was warm and powerful, just what you wanted! The beds were comfortable enough, and everything was fine in the room. Yes, it is a touch noisy due to the tiled floors and there is no door between reception downstairs and the rooms on the first floor, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, and the area is fairly noisy until early morning due to nearby bars. However, there is some great food nearby and even a small shop for water, snacks, and beer, so everything is good. I would stay again, definitely makes the grade for the price paid.4.8/511 Apr 2024

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus. Tepat di belakang Jalan Istiklal. Berjarak dua menit berjalan kaki. Anda hanya dapat mendengar setiap suara di jalan. Jendelanya tidak terlalu bagus. Dan jika seseorang mandi di kamar atas, suara air keluar dari pancuran Anda. Maka saya mengurangi 1 bintang. Hotel ini sangat menarik di pusat Turki bagian Eropa. Sebuah bangunan tua diubah menjadi hotel. Tempatnya bagus. Awalnya bukan tentang kenyamanan, tapi eksotis. Semua kamar kecil, dalam bentuk "tempat tidur dan 30 sentimeter di setiap sisi" kamar mandi langsung ke tempat tidur. Namun, di kamar saya ada perapian! Perapian, Karl! Restoran di basement, sarapannya biasa saja. Singkatnya, semua kelebihan dalam warna, semua kekurangan dalam kenyamanan. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan memberikan 3 atau 4. We had the best time visiting Istanbul before. The hotel is located on a street from the busy Takumi square. We were greeted by salesmen and met at check-in and were greeted with coffee in the house, much needed after a long journey! Both of you have been extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. It's a modest boutique hotel, but its lovely exterior adds a lot of character. You can bring your own coffee, tea, and cakes throughout the day, and the breakfast is quite excellent. The location is very strategic, very close to the metro station 5 minutes to taksim, but on a quiet street. The rooms are comfortable with separate bath from toilet, air conditioning, safe, wifi. Its a very nice city parr. We had a great time.4.6/522 Sep 2024

Saya menginap di hotel Anda sebagai tamu dengan seorang teman pada bulan September. Kami senang dengan semuanya, terutama pelayanan Pak Mahmut Toprak dan housekeepingnya. Namun, beberapa kejadian negatif terjadi pada Pak Doner. Kami menelepon supir taksi dua kali dan harus menunggu lama dan itu bisa diterima, tetapi Pak Doner bersikeras agar kami tidak bermalas-malasan dan berjalan kaki. Dia menjadi agresif dan berbicara dengan nada tinggi. Saya pikir orang ini tidak seharusnya bekerja di industri seperti itu! Saya sering bepergian dan selalu memesan melalui pemesanan. Saya belum pernah menginap di hotel seperti ini. Pembersih mengetuk pintu jam 9 pagi untuk membersihkan kamar, saya tunjukkan bahwa saya akan meninggalkan kamar sekitar 2 jam. Kamar belum dibersihkan ketika saya kembali. Keesokan harinya, saya mengatakan kepadanya bahwa dia juga tidak seharusnya membersihkan hari ini dan hanya untuk menyegarkan. Dia meminta handuk dan dia bahkan tidak bisa melakukannya. Memesan total 5 malam dan saya tidak tahu bagaimana saya akan menyelesaikannya. Baju diberikan di resepsionis untuk dibersihkan, sia-sia saya menunggu baju dibersihkan selama 2 hari. Penerimaan menunda saya sampai hari berikutnya. Kesimpulan: Kamar hotel sangat kecil, tidak ada ruang penyimpanan di kamar tidak bersih, staf minibar tidak profesional kosong, tidak ada ketel.4.6/56 Jul 2024

The hotel is not that bad for a hotel in the middle of taksim. We initially felt terrible because we were on the first floor and could hear all the noises from outside. We asked the hotel to move us to another room and they were cooperative and helpful. The room is relatively small but adequate. No special services provided by the hotel except for good staff. Hotel ini sudah tua, sayangnya kebersihannya kurang bagus. Ada beberapa masalah. Pintunya tidak terbuka, pintunya tidak tertutup lagi. Tidak ada cahaya sama sekali. Di hari pertama kami mendapat kamar dengan jendela, tetapi dinding depan beton (tidak ada jendela) sehingga tidak berventilasi. Kami mengeluh dan mendapat kamar baru setelah 20 jam. Sayangnya, suaranya sangat keras karena disko di sebelah sampai jam 8 pagi. Sudah terlalu lama berada di hotel seperti ini untuk saat ini. Tapi untuk 1 atau 2 hari cukup bagus untuk harganya. Lokasinya bagus, 2- 3 menit dari Jalan Istiklal. Stafnya tidak ramah dan kasar. Ada banyak kebisingan di malam hari dari klub malam. Kami memesan kamar triple tetapi tidak ada tempat tidur untuk orang ketiga, jadi mereka membuka sofa dan meletakkan seprai di atasnya. Toiletnya sepertinya tidak ada pintunya, pintunya kaca buram dan tidak bisa dikunci. Juga tidak ada ventilasi. Kamar mandi berada di tengah ruangan, jadi saat Anda mandi, semua orang di ruangan itu melihat wajah Anda.
