Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini. Kamarnya sangat luas dan bersih, sarapannya enak, stafnya sangat baik dan penuh perhatian, terutama Pak Murat, Pak Gokhan dan Pak Erhan. Lokasinya di pusat kota dan 10 menit berjalan kaki kemana-mana.

Kami menghabiskan 5 malam di hotel ini pada bulan Maret. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, pembersihannya bisa lebih baik. Lokasinya juga agak terpencil tapi mungkin tidak untuk yang lain, jadi saya kurangi 1 poin.

Bukan harga hotel yang buruk. Kamarnya tidak besar, tapi cukup nyaman. Bau selokan yang menyengat dari kamar mandi. Kamar ini memiliki lantai berpemanas. Ada kebisingan dari restoran tetangga (bar, musik) di malam hari. Wi-Fi luar biasa. Kamar memiliki handuk dan semua sabun, pengering rambut, ketel, kulkas, TV, sarapan. Agak berjalan kaki dari metro, tetapi naik taksi sangat nyaman.

We arrived early at 8 am and they didnt have an early check in and they told us the hotel was full. Around 10 pm they told us a guest had left and they would give us a room so we were so excited until we saw the room! It was full of dust and not clean, very strange and different from the one we booked and no one seemed to enter this room in a long time. We asked to get the room we booked through application but they told us that someone took it even though we booked it a month before our trip and they could let us have it in two days. We didnt mind much because the staff was friendly and helpful arhan and fatih are amazing and the best thing about the hotel. In the video you can see the original room we booked, nice and comfortable but not very clean. They didnt deep clean anything and the towels were a bit yellow and old. Breakfast isnt very good and you can see the kitchen they cook in is not very sanitary. The location is great. Rooms are not soundproof so you can hear everything that happens around you. The price is good.

Excellent experience all around! Excellent host, extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are attractive and wellkept. Excellent location, everything is close by. Breakfast was excellent as well, you can prepare a new dish each day and have a variety of options.

I recommend tisort hotel to all of our friends. Gerard hotel is in a convenient location, with main attractions within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bagus dan ada banyak tempat makan di area ini dan sekitar 7 menit berjalan kaki (Berauf) Anda berada di pusat Beyazit, di mana stasiun trem juga berada. Rasio harga-kinerja juga bagus dan saya akan memesan hotel ini lagi suatu hari nanti.

We stayed in 3 rooms and stayed for 15 nights, so we had a good chance to see what actually happened. The rooms were 403, 402 and worst 302 in terms of cleanliness. The smelliest was 402, and we even bought domestos and bicarbonate of soda to kill the smell. The hotel has cleaning products, but the rooms had no cleaning. The manager and gokhan were also very helpful when he returned from vacation. Breakfast was good. The manager and gokhan allowed us to do the friday prayers in rooms even though we were supposed to be there. The room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, the toilet was not cleaned, the floor was uneven, the toilet was not cleaned, the towels and toiletries were not left on most days, the bathroom was not cleaned on the floor, and the hotel was not cleaned on the whole day. The price is not consistent with what we pay. We are entitled to understand what we pay for. After 1 week of complaining daily with letters, whatsapp, pictures and verbally, we just left the complaint. Hotel ini sebenarnya cukup baik untuk kunjungan singkat. Kamarnya tidak terlalu buruk, kebersihannya bagus, ukuran kamarnya bagus, dan performa harganya bagus. Sekarang tibalah aabbbeer, daerah itu mengerikan. Lari ke bawah, kotor dan sangat keras. Sangat keras sehingga kami tidak tidur selama tiga hari. Tamu lain di hotel juga sangat berisik. Dalam skala besar. Dan seluruh area dan tamu-tamu yang berisik merusak masa tinggal kami. Karena kami belum pernah ke Istanbul sebelumnya dan mengira sebagian besar tempat wisata ada di daerah tersebut, kami memilih hotel ini, tetapi lain kali kami lebih suka mencari tempat lain di daerah yang lebih baik dan kemudian menghabiskan lebih banyak uang. Seperti yang saya katakan, hotel itu tidak buruk, tetapi kawasan sekitarnya merusak segalanya.

This place is highly recommended if youre traveling to turkey because it is so close to the old city. It was a pleasant experience for the price. The registration clerk is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting. They even provided me with an extra large room.
