Kami sangat senang dengan hotel yang kami kunjungi untuk liburan. Keramahan staf, kebersihan hotel, dan perhatian detail saat sarapan membuat kami senang. Selain itu, lokasinya yang dekat dengan pasar memberikan keuntungan bagi kami. Bagus juga karena tempat parkirnya luas. Our stay at goreme mansion was fantastic! The owner was also our pilot for the Voyager balloons, which was the highlight of the trip, and the staff was really helpful! He tried to show us the best the area had to offer and really took safety seriously. When we became injured, they also assisted us with free foot brace and muscle cream! Overall, fantastic!.

Would stay here again on a return trip to see this part of turkey. This was a nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and felt comfortable. Its a cave hotel. If you get up early enough to watch the balloons, the roof view is great. There are many. Its also a great night view of the city. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. Saved us from wasting our money on bad souvenirs. The location is great and there are restaurants and small shops nearby within walking distance.

The hotel is 200 to 300 meters from most restaurants and goreme sunset point, and there is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a nice view of goreme as well. Their hospitality began well before you even arrived, recommending all the best activities. We took their hot air balloon and atv tour, receiving a greater discount than we saw online. Without a doubt, the best hotel in turkey.

Kami menginap 3 malam di hotel gua ini dan saya harus mengatakan itu adalah pilihan yang sangat baik. Kamarnya memiliki semua kenyamanan dan AC, tidak seperti di hotel gua. Kelebihan hotel ini adalah dua saudara Erdem dan Ced yang selalu siap sedia dan membantu. Kami memesan tur dari Goreme melalui mereka dan tidak ada masalah. Ced juga seorang pilot balon udara dan bepergian bersamanya adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa. Properti ini menawarkan sarapan Turki yang sangat enak dan berlimpah dengan hidangan khas yang berubah setiap hari. Teras atapnya nyaman dan memungkinkan Anda mengagumi balon udara saat fajar dengan nyaman.

11/10 Excellent allaround experience. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. They arranged airport transfers, an atv tour, and a balloon ride for us. By the time we left, we had all met them. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. They have a private rooftop with great views where you can relax. The location is ideal, a 5minute walk from the top of goreme where everyone goes to watch the balloons. If you are considering taking a balloon ride, ask them to arrange it for you. One of the owners is a pilot for voyager balloons, so he arranges it for you and will try to take you on his balloon.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari pusat kota dan memiliki pemandangan yang indah. Kamar luas dan pelayanan yang baik dari staf. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki: sarapan disajikan mulai pukul 8.30 Dan menurut saya agak terlambat bagi mereka yang harus keluar jalan-jalan. Sarapan disajikan di meja (tidak ada prasmanan) dan sama setiap hari kecuali hidangan panas (kami memiliki telur dadar, pancake, keripik), brioces, dan kue. 3) Tidak ada lampu di dekat tempat tidur sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk membaca dan menyalakan semua lampu jika perlu bangun di malam hari. Di kamar mandi yang agak besar, tidak ada handuk (akan sangat mudah untuk memposisikannya). Parkir yang diinformasikan hanya satu untuk seluruh bangunan, jadi jika terisi, harus parkir di jalan yang memiliki ruang.

The staff was fantastic. They contacted me on whatsapp right after we made the reservation and arranged everything for us, including airport transfer, hot air balloon, night show, and green tour. It was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and beautiful, and it had a rooftop, which was perfect for sitting and watching the sunset over the valley. Great location, just a 4minute walk to main street. The only thing we didnt like, and i feel bad for only giving 4 stars because they were great, but the air conditioning was ineffective, and because it was the middle of summer, the property never cooled down. The air conditioning was also very noisy, and the vibrations kept me up.

We had an amazing experience in cappadocia thanks to our friends at goreme mansion. The rooms and breakfast were great, and the staff were very hospitable. My boyfriend and i loved cem, who owned the hotel. They took such good care of us while we were there and made us feel like family in a home away from home. There was also an amazing view from the terrace.

Excellent value for the money! The rooms are also very roomy and have a wonderful atmosphere. Even though caves are not natural, the experience was still enjoyable. Some fixtures were not functioning correctly, such as the shower door not closing and the toilet door was flaozing. Apart from these minor inconveniences, the stay was enjoyable. Owned by Chem and his brother. Very informed about yours, etc. Chem is also a professional in the tourism industry and one of the hot air balloon pilots. Breakfast was simple, and the service provided by the owners and staff was excellent.
