This is a private residential home, not a hotel. There is no reception or on-site staff, allowing you to enjoy privacy, independence, and a calm stay.
Self Check-In
The apartment uses a keyless self check-in system.
Your personal access code and instructions will be shared before arrival.
Please enter the code carefully. Multiple incorrect attempts may temporarily lock the system for security reasons.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, are subject to availability, and may involve an additional fee.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in extra charges.
Apartment Use
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building and is fully private for your use.
The layout, size, and sleeping arrangement are exactly as shown in the listing.
By booking, you confirm that the apartment meets your needs.
French Balcony
The apartment features a French balcony, bringing in natural daylight and fresh air.
For safety reasons, please do not lean out or climb.
Children must be supervised at all times near the balcony door.
Heating and Hot Water (Quick Guide)
The boiler controls both hot water and home heating.
The On/Off button is used to turn the boiler on or off and to switch between modes.
When the hot water icon is visible, hot water is active. The temperature can be adjusted using the plus or minus buttons on the right side of the boiler.
The radiator icon controls the home heating. The heating temperature can be adjusted using the plus or minus buttons on the left side.
For winter mode (heating and hot water), both icons should be visible on the display.
For hot water only, it is enough for the hot water icon to be visible.

Energy Use
Please turn off heating, air conditioning, lights, and electrical devices when leaving the apartment or when windows are open.

Guests
The apartment is prepared only for the guests listed in the reservation.
Requests for additional guests must be communicated in advance.

Long-term stay additional service fee (30+ nights): For stays of 30 nights or longer, a monthly long-term stay additional service fee applies. This fee starts from €70 and may vary depending on the season, usage intensity, and current operating costs. The final amount will be communicated to the guest at the time of reservation.
Smoking violation fee: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of smoking inside the property, an additional cleaning and deodorization fee may be charged.
Damage or loss: Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
