I really appreciate all the staff and hard work they go through to make sure that their customers enjoy their stay and are happy! The hotel rooms were also nice and the breakfast and snack time options are pretty good! Definitely recommend staying here as many tourism places are nearby, with a walkable distance instead of taking a taxi!

Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami datang ke hotel yang indah di pusat kota Istanbul dekat dengan semua tempat wisata dengan layanan terbaik dari hotel bintang 4. Kebersihannya sangat baik, begitu juga sarapannya yang enak dan internasional. Staf sangat membantu dan ramah. Secara khusus, saya ingin berterima kasih kepada gadis di resepsi OUMAIMA yang sangat baik, kebaikan dan profesionalismenya yang luar biasa, membantu saya memenuhi beberapa kebutuhan pribadi saya setelah baru saja menjalani operasi rambut. Dia sangat membantu. Dia sangat baik. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel yang fantastis ini. Dan sekali lagi terima kasih kepada semua orang dan kepada OUMANIA yang sangat baik Paolo Palmieri dan Antonio Tercely Milan Italia.

Situated near Blue mosque and walkable distances to metro and shopping markets. Good staff and service. Clean room. Just the room service was bad. Delivered after 2 hours and food was cold.

The hotel is in a great location, near the blue mosque and the hagia Sophia. Breakfast is included and there are many options. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this place.

Akomodasi terburuk di Istanbul dalam hidupku. Dan aku rasa aku telah mengunjungi kota yang indah ini sebanyak 100 kali. Kamar dengan pemandangan di antara halaman yang rusak penuh sampah, handuk tua dan hitam, sarapan buruk dengan buah-buahan tua, kopi instan berkualitas buruk. Aku memesan kamar untuk 3 orang dan kami diberi kamar dengan double bed yang sangat kecil. Aku lapor ke resepsionis bahwa kami tidak bisa tidur 2 orang dewasa dan seorang anak berusia 12 tahun di tempat tidur itu, mereka berjanji akan memperbaikinya tapi mereka bertindak seolah-olah mereka lupa. Uang 256 euro diambil tunai dari kami saat check-in tanpa tanda terima, tanpa faktur pajak dan saat keberangkatan mereka mengambil 100 euro tanpa memberi tahu kami bahwa mereka sebenarnya mencuri uang kami.
