My son and I were delighted to return to your hotel after looking forward to the trip for months. I could not believe that when we walked into reception, Marvel immediately recognized us! In that moment, I truly felt like I was home. Even though our stay unexpectedly coincided with the start of the regional conflict, your staff remained calm, professional, and kind throughout. While there were moments of uncertainty, the combination of Hilton’s hospitality and the UAE’s protection created a real sense of safety and comfort for us during a frightening time. Lava at reception was incredibly helpful and reassuring as circumstances constantly changed. Grace in the restaurant was truly an angel — checking on me when I was sick and always offering a smile and kind words during stressful moments. Subin also remembered my son and me immediately, and he was wonderful throughout our stay. My son thinks he is awesome! We would also like to thank Ganjaji for helping make our stay memorable. Please also thank management for keeping things calm and organized, especially while assisting guests extending stays and showing passports. We especially appreciated the extra hospitality staff who patiently guided guests during long lines and stressful moments. We left deeply grateful for your staff, your beautiful resort, and the hospitality of the UAE. We truly hope to return again very soon. Thank you again for everything. Your kindness meant so much to us.

We stayed for a week at the DoubleTree Resort for a destination wedding, and everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout. Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Anjali, who explained everything in detail and set the tone for a great stay. We stayed in the Arabia Suite, which was super spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Khaled, the manager, personally shared his number and encouraged us to reach out anytime and he was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. Every morning, Pabrita and Nova made #breakfast such a pleasure. Pabrita took great care of us, and Nova at the egg station remembered our preferences and served everything with a smile. Waseem from valet/concierge went above and beyond to help with our car and luggage always friendly and professional. The food at Marjan restaurant was excellent, and even though the hotel was very busy, service was quick and efficient. Having Salt Burger right across the hotel was a nice convenience for quick bites. The only small downside was the ongoing roadwork in the area, which made getting in and out to the city and Al Hamra Mall a little tricky but that’s temporary and beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we left with beautiful memories. Special praise to all the staff, especially Anjali and Waseem, who truly went the extra mile. We will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel for families with kids. It was our 3rd time here in three years. We come here to relax and enjoy some time together (me and 2 kids, 4+7). I love how you can walk between the pools/beach/playground/water playground in less than 5 minutes. All-inclusive works well. We enjoyed our breakfasts in The Brasserie close to the pool area - really nice and quiet. Had lunch inside the large buffet restaurant - it is busy and quite noisy. Dinners outside - much more quiet. The food is above average for an all inclusive resort of this size. Many different options and themes. Love the Arabic and Indian food. Would love to see some Coke Zero on the menu instead of Diet Coke - and other diet soda options would be great too! We stayed at a Deluxe Room with garden access. These rooms are located in the low buildings in the garden area close to the pool area and just a short walk to the restaurants. Perfect with small kids - they can easily run back and forth between the room and the pool area. Staff is generally really nice and serviceminded. I really like this resort and will probably be back again next year!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk team. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs promptly. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several remarkable staff members, including Manohar Kumar, Asif Ahmed, Ganesh Nagarkar and Kavintha whose attentive service and culinary expertise made dining morning, lunch and dinner a delight. I had special requests during my visit which were a lemon and ginger shot every morning and a strawberry milkshake for my daughter Florence. After day one of my request, I never had to ask again as the mentioned members of the team would have them ready on arrival to the restaurant. Truly outstanding attention to detail with regards ensuring customer satisfaction. It's evident that the staff is not only skilled but also passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Their dedication to ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay is truly commendable.
