£100 in Brighton on a Saturday night I wasn’t expecting loads but was very impressed. Good size room. Modern bathroom. And I was even able to early check in at 11.55am so very pleased. Was no deposit and some of the details need updating regarding contacting before check in etc, overall would defo stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was a good size for a single room. However anyone who has issues with stairs may not be suitable. Bed was comfortable and light switch above the bed, which is always useful! I would stay again

Very welcoming, well run hotel. Service of a vey tasty breakfast was excellent . The room I had suited my needs perfectly. It was small, cosy and clean. Some biscuits with the coffee would have been pleasant.

A warm welcoming guest house. We needed to drop our bags in early as we were going to a football match and we were given our keys instantly. WiFi was good and breakfast great. Also the guesthouse in near a great pub, The Lion and Lobster, which had a Halloween street party the Saturday night we were there.The room was quiet and the shower hot and easy to use.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy couldn’t fault that. The location was excellent just off the front /West beach. We didn’t have breakfast only because it was a little early for us. The only fault would be 4 coat hangers between 2 people! Other than that it was great 😊
