We were met by the owner no problem to check in at 11am.took us to our room showed us were the breakfast room was ,lovely view from the big bay windows over the horse racing and golf course were made to feel welcome.would certainly recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at Arden House and would return in a heartbeat.The house is beautifully presented ..comfortable and a home from home .Kevin our host made us very welcome .....ensuring we had all that we needed giving us local information for restaurants etc.We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation for proximity to the Racecourse which is just opposite and to the local bus service to Edinburgh .Musselburgh itself is within walking distance . So glad we found Arden House ....we will return .

We were incredibly lucky to find Arden House for our short stay in Edinburgh. Our hosts were very friendly and thoughtful providing loads of assistance from where to eat and how to catch public transport. Their quality of service was exceptional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Arden House was easy to locate. We were certainly not disappointed on any aspect of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Scotland and the owners were incredibly helpful and attentive. The property is small but with private baths and a wonderful breakfast. The major bus stop into Edinburgh was right outside the front door. It was approximately 40 minutes and cost under 2 pounds. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and are hoping to return next year.

Simply the best. Great location, the bus takes 30 minutes to get to Edinburgh. There’s a lovely bedroom and the area is quiet. The owners are fantastic. I definitely would come back. Oh, the breakfast is amazing.

Mycket trevlig värdinna på detta B&B. Mysigt trebädds-rum en trappa upp. Familjär internationell frukost som även erbjöd glutenfria flingor samt både laktosfri och mjölkfri "mjölk"-dryck. Egen nyckel så man kunde komma och gå som man ville. Rummet hade inte badrum/toalett utan vi fick gå tvärs över korridoren. Dock har de andra rummen egna badrum/toalett. Rummet vätte mot en trafikerad gata och även om trafiken var minimal nattetid så hörde man de fåtal bilar som passerade. Men vi sov trots det gott hela natten.
