It was a wonderful stay. The property was well placed near to the beach(5-10 minutes walk). The hosts (Steph and Simon) were lovely. Especially Steph takes special care through out the stay. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was really good.

A nice little hotel with very welcoming hosts. A good full breakfast every morning if wanted. Close enough to the beach and plenty of bars in restaurants within a short walk. Add good weather and all-in-all I had a great holiday experience.

Fantastic stay, and will definitely consider going back again. Within walking distance of the sea front and a bus stop almost right outside. Breakfast was fantastic and the owners could not do enough for you. Rooms very well furnished and very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and this did mean ascending 4 or 5 staircases but we expected this and were made aware well in advance. Overall an excellent stay and made our holiday an amazing time. Thank you very much

On our arrival we were greeted by Steph the owner of the hotel who made us feel very welcome. She explained all that was going on in the area and where to go to eat. Our room was clean and the tea, coffee & biscuits were topped up every day. At breakfast we were given a wonderful choice. It was difficult to choose. Steph and her husband Simon couldn't have done more to ensure our stay was memorable. We would definitely stay there when we are next in Torquay.

Our stay was very good very friendly and helpfull if and when u may need help, our room was excellent apart from the bathroom not having a window in which I found so enclosed also the sink need to be replaced as it got a big crack and really not hygienic, otherwise Very restful room

Steph welcomed us with a smile and a briefing of the area...places of interest ,restaurants etc. also gave us a map with all details, so very helpful. the room was pleasant and homely, a bit dated though but all worked fine. Breakfast was served in a cosy dining room and we enjoyed a full English,orange juice etc, again with a lovely smile from Steph. Thanks to her small added touches like biscuits, sweets in the room she made us feel welcome
