We enjoyed our stay at Aye Stay. It was a terrific location. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk into town for dinner. Loved the Riverwalk. The room was small, but comfortable. House amenities were terrific.

I was so impressed with Aye Stay, it was spotlessly clean, welcoming, comfortable with fantastic amenities and was so well thought out. There is a very friendly atmosphere. Even though I had a single room, it was not cramped and was not basic, it was far better than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, the decanter of water was a lovely touch and the en suite was modern and had everything I needed. The really brilliant thing about Aye Stay is its boutique style communal areas. There is a large and stylish dining room plus a very well stocked kitchen - crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge etc all available to use if desired. There is also a cosy snug where I spent the evening after dinner with other members of my party. They had booked a more expensive hotel but Aye Stay was definitely nicer. I enjoyed my stay very much and would happily stay again.

The property was an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, providing beautiful views of Inverness walking along the river Ness. Aye Stay is well maintained and a very cute guest house. No complaints and would easily recommend to friends!

When arriving at property, door locked. Supposed to use app for info. Neither of us was able to download the app. ended up calling expedia and still waiting for return call when knocked on door and were told that the door would be unlocked at 1600. Great location. parking tight but adequate for us. Room small but adequate and lovely!

Spotless room, comfy bed, fabulous shower. Room was well stocked with tea & coffee and lovely fluffy towels for the bathroom. The decor throughout the whole hotel is incredible - amazing attention to detail and I enjoyed the little quirky style throughout. Can’t wait to book my next stay in 2026!
