Booked this place last minute from a friends recommendation. For the price and the area, it was fantastic. Other hotel’s have slightly nicer facilities but typically shoe box (really small) rooms. This had space just lacked the full hotel experience (foyer, bar, room service) but to be fair. The room was clean, somewhat spacious and had no issues. Would recommend. Cheers

We stayed in a twin room in the annex. We were offered the choice of 2 rooms and took the one on the 4th floor for the views (There are no lifts). The room was clean and well maintained and a reasonable size. Staff were super friendly. Walking distance to Victoria Station and the nearby theaters.

Quick and friendly check in, didn't do the breakfast, A/C was fabulous during the hot hot hot visit, and the room and shower were fantastic! We'd stay there again!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my adult daughter in a twin room. It reminded me of a dorm room because of its size, but it actually had plenty of space for the two of us. The shower was a bit small even for us (I'm five feet tall), but it was clean and stocked with toiletries. Our room was ready when we checked in, which was fantastic because we could change, rest, and freshen up right away. It was a bit strange to us that our building was across the street from the primary reception desk, but we were told that they own several of the buildings on that block and that it's one hotel chain. The building and neighborhood are quiet and safe. The tube station (Victoria) was an 8-minute walk away, and there was a Pimlico bus stop a block away. Eleven pubs within 1000 feet of this hotel! We went to Hatch 77 cafe several times for breakfast - it's only a 5-minute walk. There's also a Sainsbury's (grocery store) and a Pret less than 10 minutes' walk away, so we were able to stock up on water and fresh fruit each day. The area was not touristy at all! Our room on the top floor (no lift) had a wonderful view of the Eye and Parliament. Climbing those stairs was killer at the end of a long day walking around London, but to be fair, we chose the view over a ground-floor room. Haha! The people at the reception desk were great! Very helpful and very kind. They called a car service for us for our return trip to the airport, and it saved us just over 20 pounds! I would stay here again!

We got there early in the morning before check in time and the staff were very helpful and tried to find a room where we could rest before starting the day. We really appreciated that.
