- Guests are asked to be respectful to the other residents of the building, by keeping noise levels down.

- Guests are reminded that this apartment does not allow parties or events. This apartment is fitted with an external front door camera. Any guests found to be violating this rule, will be politely asked to leave by our security team and will be liable for the call out charge of £400+ VAT.

- Only the persons on the original booking, are permitted to enter/stay at the property, unless prior written consent has been given by The Jacksonheim Boutique guest relations team. Guests are reminded that this property is fitted with an external front door camera and any guests found to be breaking their terms of booking, will be charged for each extra person, as per the listing fee stipulation of £50 per person.

- Guests are asked to familiarise themselves with the apartment hand book and inventory. Cost for damages/breakages or missing items, can be found in the hand book and inventory and are chargeable to the guest on check out.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any guests found to be smoking inside, will be liable for the charge of a deep clean which is £150+ VAT. - A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
