A nice, fairly beach-close Hotel, currently being refurbished - so not much going on in the hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Would NOT suit anyone with walking problems as the return from the main beach area is up a very steep hill. Definately would stay there again.

Too hot! Should rename the hotel Sauna Hotel. Radiators all set to high throughout the entire building so the no way to turn them down. Rooms were so hot we had to sit by the window and leave it wide open all night long making it noisy. No fans supplied to rooms.

I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel. Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre.

The hotel itself is alright, but I didn’t get the room what they sold me. I asked expedia how my room looks like, but the room what I get wasn’t that one. It was a really small room, they told me it is a big room whith a separate bedroom front room with twin bed and a shower room. I am disappointing because it was not what I paid for.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Housekeeping came once during the stay the bathroom appeared clean but upon going for a shower you could see dirt around the rims of everything i had to clean the bathroom before i could myself. The bed was soft but i liked it. We couldnt use the pool room or balcony because they had alot of materials in there for works being done so it was closed and the same for the restaurant there just wasnt one they offered us to cook our own food in the kitchen but there was no restaurant which for us was fine as we found a lovely place down the road. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves and would probably go there again due to price and location.

If room come with breakfast then it would be worth the money , bathroom shower was very limescaled and I could wipe water marks with my finger what told me one thing... toilet didn't have no toilet cleaner visible so wasn't sure if cleaned, all mirrors was marked up and pretty sure towle heater didn't work. Deep clean needed! Bed was very comfortable had a lovely sleep. Could of done with a lamp as we had two lamps on wall with one missingl light bulb that I found in the draw later on. I had to fill the Kettle up by filling cups as the sink was to small to fill the kettle up. We had 4 tea bags 4 sugar a couple of coffees I would have expected more considering there was no breakfast included. Apart from all that good location to the beach and a comfortable bed.
