Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area

I can't say anything bad about it at all. It's evidently in a busy area, so youll hear some outside noise as everyone makes their way home, but that's to be expected and doesn't last long. Everyone, including beau, the beautiful dog, welcomed us with open arms. We love the room. It was lovely, the shower was powerful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Although small, this place had everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to many restaurants and cafes. A few hundred yards from the sea. Excellent local transportation. The accommodation is spacious with a comfortable bed, good tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator in the room. It offers continental breakfast. Good value for the money.

The restaurant is the best part. I can't imagine returning to brighton without visiting another location. The staff here was so kind and friendly. They also change the towels every day, and they serve a continental breakfast. Plus, the location was close to all the amenities.

Another fantastic stay above the pub. Everything was perfect before. Very clean, comfortable, light breakfast with tea and coffee included, the lounge bar is warm and cosy and the locals made us welcome. The walk into brighton is beautiful along the wide prom. We visited Bai 360 while here. Worth it on a clear day.

A fantastic little pub just a few minutes walk from the seashore Our second visit here was another great one, we stayed in the upstairs accommodation with everything you need for a stay by the sea. Clean and tidy. Sue the landlady is fantastic, nothing is too much difficulty, and she and her regular pub patrons make you feel so welcome that by the time you leave, you feel like part of their pub family. Would have no hesitation in staying again and undoubtedly recommend I.
