I enjoyed my stay very much the only thing I would say was a bit of a letdown was the breakfast I thought that was terrible apart from the Saturday everything else I was very pleased with. Only advice I would say is when somebody has to check out of there room you need somewhere to store your bag if you are not leaving the area straight away. They have a cupboard but anyone has access to it. I think before you can take your bag it should be like a cloak room where you have your coats you have a ticket what matches the bag because anyone can walk out with anyone's bag which would bring issues and police it's a simple System but effective that's all I can say about this

Simple, easy to find hostel. Had a single room in the annex which was really quiet & out of the way. Breakfast on Sunday was very simple, just cereal, toast, tea & coffee. Free wifi. Secure access to both the building & room. For the price, I can't really fault it.

I was given a room that was wrecked and not cleaned when I arrived So was given room 223 and couldn’t unpack overnight and had to leave my belongings and case with the friendly reception team My initial wrecked room 308 was fixed and cleaned and so two nights in two private rooms and zero chance to unpack and relax. Reception team were supportive and LGBTQI+ friendly. Free breakfast was good but did not take the free included dinner as with a late arrival one night, having to change rooms the second night I was extremely tired after my walk to the Albert monument and Kensington Palace with not having the same room I paid for over two nights . The private rooms are the cheapest I’ve stayed in London as a regular traveller to the capital city from the Scottish Borders but I’d describe the stay as like a can of cheap beans if did the job

I booked it on the app but the system was tangled so they didn't have my name on the list. Most of the staffs were unecessarily rude. When I checked out, I was asked to come back later in a very rude way and they just kept chatting. The room was fine. It was like a student dorm. The breakfast was good as well.

I had a single room for two nights. Check in at reception was well organised. Room was large and warm but bed and furniture were very basic. Shower room next door was clean but no toilet roll in the toilet for two days so used one further up the corridor. As you are paying budget prices I guess it is reasonable for what you get. I had a free breakfast but did not go to the canteen
