The sea breeze apartment number 4 was spotless and cozy, the mini-kitchen was useful, the bathroom had a good shower, and the toilet needed to be cleaned because it was far from the wall. Overall, it was ok for the amount we spent. The location was ten minutes from the cliff top, but it faced the sea, offering cheap lodging at a reasonable price. There was no one you could contact in an emergency because the contract number for discovery accommodation had been lost, our heating went out and we didn't know how to fix it because it was connected to the alexa, and there were no clear directions on how to use the heating.

We stayed for one night and paid a little more for the premium room. The room was roomy and generally clean. The bathroom smelt eggy on arrival and there was no proper curtainfrosted window, so taking a shower was not very private. The bedding smelled really rusty, did smell a little like the sheets hadnt been washed for a while. I already bought a parking ticket that was supposed to be left in the room on arrival. It wasnt there, but someone arrived with it minutes later after being asked to email proof of purchase to the managers good job I am technologically savvy the location is excellent, we were in room 6 on the discovery crescent number 5 discovery crescent. Checkin is a bit late at 4. 00 pm, but the message with the codes came around 3. 15 so we were able to enter slightly early to drop things off. Checkout is at 9 am. Im I dont understand why this early when the room wasnt the cleanest anyway. Wouldnt return, but not a bad value for money.

We spent one night in starfish cottage as a family of three adults and two children aged 11 and 3. We discovered that check-in at Rp, especially with children, was extremely late. The code is sent to you approximately one hour before. We had a hard time identifying which lodging was ours and had a little trouble getting in. I'd rather see a real person who can assist you and assist you with any problems. We also found a 930 a.m. check-out time as very early because we were only there for less than 24 hours. The lodging was clean and well-equipped. There were instructions on how to use Alexa to turn on the heating in the bedrooms, which we did right away because it was cold. Alexa informed us that the heaters were switched off. However, after returning home, we discovered that the main plugs were turned off on the heaters, so the idea of having a posh alexa system seemed a bit useless. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Whitby, a short walk from the beach and main stores, etc., and because it was out on the main road, it was extremely peaceful at night. Parking spaces are very scarce. I'm glad I had a mini, because you would not be able to get down the streets in a standard estate car, and it was definitely impossible to
