La camera è da 3 stelle come da prenotazione. Non ti aspetti nulla di più del minimo sindacale. Ma per londra va benissimo. Asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni. Rifanno i letti. Manca condizionatore e areazione dai bagni che non sono finestrati. Ma come appoggio va benissimo

It's nice to feel welcome by a kind team. The room was really clean, modern. The fridge is a plus. I missed just a little bit an iron. But it's a detail. The location is super great. I recommend and will come again for sure.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas cama muito confortável e banheiro espaço e limpo. Papel higiênico de qualidade e toalhas em ótimas condições. A janela era de frente pra rua pegando um vento muito gostoso. Não sei como funciona o serviço de quarto ficando alguns dias, mas em uma noite estava tudo perfeito. Roupas de cama e colchão muito confortáveis e limpos! Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

The employees here were so honest. Then, they called us with the charge from the phone and they also send them to us. After that, the staff were very friendly and always offer free towels and tea, even if we ask them for more towels, they are always happy to help us.

We stay in room 8 on the first floor. Manager help with luggage and we leave our stuff at the front desk free of charge. The room is clean and has comfortable beds. Compared to the other budget hotels, we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was in a nice hotel in April. We stayed in Room 14 of the double room. The hotel looks new furnished, we arrive at the hotel at a 00, so we leave our luggage at the front desk free of caste and collect it at check-in. The location of the hotel is very close to Hammersmith Tube Station.

I would definitely book with them again on my next visit. Very clean and the room smells very fresh. The toilet was very clean, swell, soap, lots of tissue in the toilet. The bed was amazing, and there is a kettle for hot water and extra towels available swell. They clean the room every day on request. A comfortable bed for the best sleep.

I highly suggest it to tourists and business travelers. The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and the spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking. Staying at this hotel is convenient and near the shopping center. Good price for long term stays.

Great location. Lots of lovely cafes nearby and the area felt safe! Stayed in a 4 person room which was at the very top - it was very warm being up in the roof due to hot weather, but fans were provided which helped a lot! Luggage storage was provided for early arrival. Only suggestion would be a little more storage - perhaps some more space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a really good price!
