Was down for one night with my wife for a concert. Rooms were surprisingly decent size and clean and comfortable. Window looked out onto an enclosed wall space but we were not there for the views. Would stay here again. Hotel throughout was clean. Enjoyable stay. Bed was big enough and comfortable. Nice hotel

This hotel is in a very central location in London, but our price was still affordable. The room was small but functional. We even had a balcony. Private bathroom in great shape. We stayed here in the middle of the summer and the ac (though noisy) was a welcome bonus. Direct tube to St Pancras and the Eurostar trains. The street is busy with traffic 24/7 so expect that.

It was supper hot in London when we were there. I asked for the coolest room they had because I have a medical condition. I don’t sweat. The hotel management were so accommodating. They went out of their way to give me a room with a working AC at a time when they posted on line that they had none.

I booked here by the pre-booking time. The receptionist is very pleasant and we left our luggage there, went back later and booked the room, the key card did not work, the receptionist came up and couldn't work either so quickly gave another room, the receptionist carried our luggage to another room, even though I told her I would carry them, she is very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, not the best I've been in. But at the end of the day, you have booked a cheap hotel so don't come on here and complain, pay more and get what you want, it isn't perfect, but the room was fine.

Much better than the reviews I’ve seen online but still nothing incredible. Room was as simple as it gets, no mini fridge unfortunately and not ventilation in the bathroom so the room always felt a bit stuffy. The elevator was very bizarre

Hotel nice position in between Gloucester rd and Earls ct in Cromwell Rd. Reception friendly. Rooms hard to find odd numbering system. Rooms are fine, quiet, showers abit broken need fixing Room 303. My card didnt work so had to return to reception but very helpful male receptionist, and left his number on case of other issues. Room perfectly good and bed.
