great service, clean and only thing I could say is that the parking is at the hotel but it states as a pay and display but then you register in hotel for to make it free. that could be communicated better on the website.

Great check in with free parking permit. Although i was put on the top floor and nearly at the end of the corridor and no lift, i got the excersize I needed. No AC, but a tower fan was much welcomed. TV a decent size, great overhead shower.

Great hotel in a converted forner print works. Smart, stylish, clean, comdortable. Fridge and microwave oven in room. Near 2 supermarkets. Quiet despite being quite near a busy road. Easy to find. Short walk from station and town. Pleasant staff. Easy check in/out. Really cannot find fault. Will be my first choice next time in Barrow.

This is our last-minute reservation and for the price I paid, it's worth more than what I got. The room was spotless. Even the shower glass was crystal clear. And for a change, it's better to buy some real tea and coffee than cheap varieties and biscuits. This is on our list for when we need a few nights away and has already been recommended to friends.

This is a great place to stay, if you need to get free parking, you can get the walk-in shower here. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, it's clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable with a walk-in shower. I feel very welcome here. The facilities here are also quite decent.

I've been here a few times now while visiting family in Barrow. The manager contacted us so we can check in without using a phone. The room was beautiful clean, with a walkin shower, a spacious in room, usb charging stations, and excellent parking and it was close to everything you needed. It's important to note that I stayed on Friday night and wasn't disturbed by the noisy noise from Friday night in Barrow.

We've just had a 4-night vacation here. The room was lovely, clean and the hotel's location was great, close to local amenities and a short drive to the zoo. The entire hotel staff was great and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely return.

All was fine. It is not a glamorous place, but good location and all fine. There’s no lift, but only 3 floors. Vicky, on reception, was fantastic. Very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Her help transformed my stay.
