Very budget hotel but excellent location and good value for money. Yes hotel is dated and very minimal but it felt pretty clean, friendly staff and had everything we needed. For the price this was very good value. Showers were super basic, mattress very old and dated but overall we had an okay stay.

Could do with a lick of paint and a new shower head but otherwise good value for money 2 mins away from Tottenham Court Road/Central Line. Stayed end of August when it was cooler. No aircon so could be very hot if staying in height of summer. But no problems for us. Nice clean sheets, towels, good water pressure and hot water.

Room was dated. In the basement. But spacious and with windows for sunlight. My only complaints are that there was only hot water tap was working so it was impossible to take shower. But overall given price and location I’m satisfied with my stay. Thank you

The location is excellent, just a fourminute walk from the english museum. The room is simple and there are no water cups, slippers, etc. You must bring your own.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, di sebelah British Museum, hanya 15 menit berjalan kaki ke Trafalgar Square, sekitar ghetto kafe, restoran, dan transportasi yang nyaman. Metro dan bus nomor 14 membawa Anda ke Museum Victoria dan Albert dan Museum Sejarah Alam. Hotel itu sendiri adalah kelas ekonomi, jadi tidak perlu mengharapkan keajaiban, tetapi ketulusan staf dan upaya untuk memperbaiki situasi dilakukan. Mereka yang berhemat tidak akan kecewa, yang menginginkan pelayanan dan kenyamanan lebih akan kecewa. Semuanya terserah Anda!

The reviews do a disservice to this establishment. The bed is extremely wellmaintained and comfortable. Checkin was friendly and quick, and the room temperature is excellent. There is plenty of storage in the space and it was large. Noise could be an issue. Bring earplugs. Highly recommended if you want somewhere cheap and central to stay the night while traveling.

We stayed up until midnight and didnt wake up anyone, not even the person next door. The room was really fun to play in and sleep in, we slept until nightfall and no one woke up. However, the hotel overall was very good, clean toilet but small bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows but they can squeak a lot, there are some gaps to improve on, but overall i think this is ok for you to stay at.

This is not the Ritz, but at a very good price, i had cosy, quiet, and warm accommodation in the heart of central london. One day hotels like this will be sold and redeveloped, so you wont be able to stay in chelsea for less than ps 200. Take advantage of the value while you can!.

Extremely cramped, with the smallest and most adorable wetroom i have ever seen outside a small caravan. Extremously expensive, especially when compared to some nearby, larger competitors. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Dont let all the negative reviews intimidate you. This is a really cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, but it is clean, safe and in an amazing location. It is outdated so dont expect an incredible resort for your holiday, however if you need an affordable place to stay near the center of London then this place is perfect. So close to soho, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and very friendly staff.
