Such a quirky and unusual place. We had a 'spooky' wedding 2 years ago and it seemed fitting to celebrate our anniversary in such a witchy wonderland. We spotted something cool everytime we moved. The room was very comfortable and despite being close to a busy area you couldn't hear much when you were inside. Once you close the door to the main street the decor and sounds whisk you off to your own little magical bubble. We would highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world.
