Lovely welcoming staff on reception. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Our view was of a wall but that didn’t bother us, rooms at the front of the hotel would have great city views especially from higher floors. Breakfast was decent, quality was mostly ok and included all the basics you’d expect although no hash browns. Good aircon which was easy to use. The main entrance to the hotel is on Broad Quay, not Marsh Street.

Our room was large and well-appointed and very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buses to Temple Meads stopped directly outside. There was a was a wide range of food available for breakfast. However, we would have liked some muesli and the various milk-based coffees were only luke-warm.

Really great hotel right in the city centre of Bristol. Two entrances so makes being on either side of the river really easy so helpful being so close to everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great stay with a nice quiet ac room, right in the middle of the city. Good value and a room with a bath, which is unusual.

Nicely located hotel. Our room overlooked the harbourside and was spacious and well kept, though a bit dated the function was good. My only complaint is the lack of plug sockets in the room but other than that it was a good place to stay.

Clean room, good breakfast and helpful staff. Air-conditioning much appreciated in the heatwave! Only thing that lets the hotel down is that the rooms are quite dated, so they look a bit shabby and in need of a refurb.

The hotel is right in the city centre and has convenient & secure parking. We had a room on 9th floor with a wonderful view. We didn’t have breakfast as we was meeting family out for breakfast. The room had aircon which was very much appreciated. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely stay again as it’s excellent value for money
