Muito atenciosos. Esforçados em comunicar conosco. Limpeza diária. Excelente localização. Íamos a pé a maioria dos pontos turísticos. Atendeu a contento à nossa necessidade.

Very helpful and forthcoming staff. The interior is a bit shabby but clean and exactly what you need just for a night. The best thing about it is the location, 4 mins walk to nearest metro station, shops, cafes and restaurants just round the corner, and just a skip from Hyde Park. Couldn't wish for a better place to start your exploration of the city. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice clean place to stay a few days. Close to Edgware road underground. Middle east neighbour hood with a lot of cafes, restaurants and small shops. No working wifi in room 9.

Easy to check in (but read the "check in before 10pm small print), quiet, clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Overall good value for money.

After reading other reviews we were slightly worried about staying here …. HOWEVER you get what you pay for, a budget hotel, clean, daily housekeeping, beds ok we slept well, only complaint would be the shower, it was either hot or cold couldn’t change the temperature. Location is great, if you want the ritz don’t stay here but for somewhere to crash and a good location we would happily stay again!

Mattress needs replacing desperately, sheets were clean but the over cover was very old dirty ,pillows covers were clean ,bathroom floor most tiles broken and grout missing ,shower unable to regulate temperature so was very hot ,no shower gel but soap to wash your hands on the sink .

Room. It seems like mattress is same edge queen Elizabeth. The springs creak and dig into your back. Also, there was no wifi included, room doesn't have its own heater and was so cold.

Expect what you paid for and it'll be okay. We got room 7 and the twin bed's mattress was broken but still managed to sleep fine. I don't mind cold showers so barely warm water didn't bother me much, but it's worth nothing
