Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than expected, clean and bed comfy. We were in room 32 which had lovely air con, which was really cold. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice, all part of the gym attached to the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a well stocked bar and lovely courtyard which had a musician on when we arrived at 5pm and then later was showing the football on a big screen tv outside. Breakfast was delicious and very filling! Couldn’t fault our stay, would come back again.

The hotel is probably a typical old English hotel. But it was very nice in many ways. It had everything you needed and the staff was really nice and attentive. The restaurant was really good and breakfast was amazing. Next time in this area I will definitely book this hotel again.

The old hall hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room for which towels were also provided. All the staff were very happy to help and were lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Booked to stay at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary so paod a little extra to upgrade to the superior room. It was definitely worth it. The room was beautiful, lovely and clean, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We booked in at the spa and the ladies were so friendly and our massages were very relaxing. The pool was lovely and clean. The food was delicious and the staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. There are some local shops and pubs right on the door step which were very convenient. We had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend Old Hall Hotel.

We’ve stayed here on many occasions when visiting family. Sadly all the family have passed away now but we still visit at least once a year. We like all aspects of the hotel and over the year’s standards have been raised. We’ll be back again.

The weekend was a Christmas present for my daughter. The facilities in the Spa and treatments available are great and all the staff were lovely, throughout the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend it all.
