The location of the hotel is very good, not far from big ben. There are also many restaurants. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I want to thank imrich and aizbah at reception for their good work. Very comfortable hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just a minutes walk from the tube. I had i had an open window! The double bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the towels were nice. There was sytayed socket next to the bed. The staff was relatively friendly. Even though the bathroom was small and it was difficult for 6,1 people to use the loo, luckily he managed it. When ive entered the restroom, there was still lingering smell even when not used. Fortunately, it didnt get into the rest of the very small room because it wasnt noticeable. If there werent any better options, then ill stay again.

Its difficult to rate a budget box hotel like this. The room was not luxurious, but it was exactly as advertised. A little like being in tavern. However, it is very clean and functional, just cramped. There are no food or drink facilities at the hotel. Not even ice in the room and the owned pub next door advertised on the website was closed, however there is an excellent pub opposite that serves delicious brunch and late dinners. Air conditioning is lukewarm and rudimentary. You will get the usual emergency services sirens and boy racer engines all night waking you up, although thats typical of central lancaster. But the location is great. West end and tube stations are both within walking distance. Ideal for ten nights or two.

A very convenient central hotel with great staff (alfred) and compact rooms. Alfred was brilliant. He answered questions before arrival, asked how we were doing, and was available to provide warm milk for my child. A really friendly and warm person. I stayed with my partner and small child in this place. The room was small but it was a good use of the space and made it easy for me to keep my kid safe. There were high shelves so i could keep things away from my kids and there were foldaway tables too. Supermarkets and lots of shops are nearby. Its hardly walked for 15 minutes to big bed and across the street is also u tube station. Parking around the corner using justpark was easy to arrange.

I had a great time staying here. Convenient location with onsite coffee shops and ecommerce stores right next to the hotel. The only drawback was that the air conditioning unit didnt function, but other than that, it was incredibly comfortable and had friendly staff.

I wholeheartedly endorse the hotel. Excellent experience, small room but enough for two people, with room to store clothes and other items. A/C, hair dryer, ironing room, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, especially Alfred, who has been very helpful from the beginning and has assisted us in storing our carryon before and after checkin.

Hotel yang rapi dan bersih. Kamar sedikit lebih besar dari kamar putri saya, kamar mandi dengan shower, jelas tanpa bidet yang menurut kami nyaman bagi orang Italia. Setiap handuk hanya satu dan hanya dilengkapi dengan tisu toilet (tidak ada sabun atau sampo), tetapi sangat bersih. Sedikit kebisingan lalu lintas di malam hari, tetapi tidak ada yang menghalangi tidur. Wi-Fi gratis. Staf yang sopan. Di dekat gedung yang sama (gedung yang sama) terdapat Costa Cafe. Persediaan lengkap dan cocok untuk sarapan. Halte bus sekitar 20 meter dan kereta bawah tanah di depan hotel. Lokasi yang sangat bagus untuk berjalan ke bianglala. The rooms were quite small, but i think thats pretty standard. The bed was comfortable enough but small to sleep on. There was a sink plug twice, however the front desk was quick to fix it. Shower water pressure is low. Staff are friendly. Convenient location if you want to go to the London eye or other exhibits nearby. Hercules is basically across the street and offers delicious food and drinks.

This is not a hotel for sex or teasing, but its perfect for cheap trips to see some friends or go to lone gig. Its essentially japanesestyle tiny hotel. You cant swing kitty, however the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Great location, lovely bars and restaurants nearby, as well as fewer than minutes from an underground stop.

The staff is very polite and welcoming, they will do everything in their power to assist you throughout your stay, i want to express my gratitude to the young man who checked us in! As for the location, the underground is literally across the street, while the London eye is only ten minutes away and big bangs are only fifteen minutes walk away. Costca coffee is right next door, and there is sainsburys across from the road. Be aware that you will hear everything here if you are prone to sleep light, as neither the rooms nor windows are soundproof. A fantastic location aside from that!.

A decent hotel that offers excellent value, especially when visiting Westminster Abbey. Its a very good hotel. Weibao is the supplier of the hotels sanitaryware. Although the room is small, it has all the amenities needed.

The room is very small. There is a free luggage storage service. You can buy souvenirs nearby. The location is convenient and close to the subway station. Restaurants and snack bars are nearby, big benedict and the city eye are within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with everything you need, but the smallest room ive ever stayed in. The bathroom and shower were also small. Comfortable bed but terrible sleep because of the major road junction under my window, as well as the lack of soundproofing or blackout blinds / curtains. I also couldnt figure out the heating so it was freezing cold all night. Shame really, this could be a really good place to stay on ps4!.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and the checkin and checkout process is easy. My room was small but clean and manageable for solitary travelers. I was surprised by the many amenities included. A few pubs, restaurants and two stations are easily accessible on foot from the location of this hotel.
