Good quiet location . A nice pub/restaurant with rooms which were clean. Comfy bedding and beautiful luxurious towels. We ate both evenings in the restaurant , food was good and reasonably priced. A good location for a short stay at 20 mins from the airport

The location was perfect for exploring edinburgh one day and heading for the airport the next. Being attached to the pub was so convenient and the food was incredible! It was quiet as well which i had been concerned about. The room was small but clean, the only fault I had was a lack of charging points for devices around the bed but we managed :) Really recommend eating here and for the price it was a perfect base for us

Very clean room and efficient staff. I gave 4 stars for the useful amenities only because I couldn't open one side of the wardrobe fully due to its proximity to the desk in the room and there was no counter space for toiletries in the bathroom.

I loved staying in Riccarton. The area was peaceful and the inn had good food, clean rooms, and the bus was practically on their doorstep. Very convenient out of city center accomadation.

Stayed at the Riccarton Inn on Friday night and had a great experience. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well presented. The food and drink in the bar area were brilliant, with a really good atmosphere to relax in after a long day. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. Location-wise, it’s ideal—especially if you’re a parkrun tourist. Being so close to the local route made it the perfect base for the weekend. Would definitely stay again.
