The room was small but had enough space. The check-in was very simple

Lovely to find a hotel in such a great location in the city, the staff were lovely and the room was clean and tidy, exactly what we needed for our stay in Glasgow. Would definitely stay again

I consigli di viaggio del personale alla reception sono stati preziosi per la nostra vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e la colazione molto buona! La location molto bella!

A beautiful older hotel close to Kelvingrove Park. My room was a good size with windows facing the street. Bed was super comfortable and the street was quiet at night. No A/C or lift but that was not a problem. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not try their breakfast as I enjoyed searching for cafes in the area.

Lovely clean room, plenty of towels, coffee, tea making facilities. Staff were all very helpful pleasant and professional. Plenty of choice for breakfast, toast cereal full breakfast. Parking was slightly problematic with paid in 15 minute intervals but there is a car park within easy walking distance of the hotel. All in all a lovely hotel to stay in.

I was given a free breakfast because there had been a bit of an issue with the room heater when I stayed last Friday. Then I stayed again on Sunday night and the staff provided me with a breakfast even though I was late and arrived after the cut off time. Full marks to the staff of the Sandy Ford.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The reception area was welcoming and spacious, the receptionist was very helpful and the fact you can check in from 1.30pm is brilliant! The room was a great size and very clean and tidy. The room also had an actual opening window which I always appreciate in a hotel, particularly on a warm day! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and there was no noise, despite the city location. I was really happy with my stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future if I am in the area.
