I booked the ground floor easy access room which was big and a big bathroom. There was also a fridge in the room and lovely biscuits with the tea and coffee. A super breakfast and very nice tea.

Friendly and Efficient Service from all staff - perfect room / bathroom layout and good breakfast. Parking entrance is tight and spaces can get full. Excellent location close to Horsham centre - but that came with a little road noise affecting sleep. Overall good value for money for our one night stay.
