The room was exactly what we needed. Close to all the cool stuff. Had a little kitchen, so we saved some money on food. Last day, we tried the breakfast which was delicious. Room was clean. Easy to use laundry facilities. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. Gave us directions, helpful tips, etc. When we were leaving, our next accommodation cancelled, and they helped us look for new ones. Would stay here and any of their locations again.

Room was cleaned and staff member were friendly. Location are excellent. Considering the premium price paid, the apartment was spacious with good quality furniture. It will be a bonus if there were a washing machine inside the apartment.

We had a great 3 night stay recently in a studio apartment. The only hiccup was trying to contact the property by phone to confirm paying for our requested parking on arrival (you have to book parking ahead of time) as trying to pay via the link provided shortly before arrival while we were travelling did not work for us, and then again didn't work when phoning the number provided to access the parking building on arrival. We were lucky that the woman queued behind us also needed to phone and her UK phone worked. We were using a UK eSIM (that had worked for phone calls elsewhere, just not here). Something that needs sorting out as the receptionist told me other NZ and Australian customers had encountered similar issues and with the carpark being around the corner from the hotel and in a narrow lane this makes for an awkward and stressful start for those affected. Other than that we enjoyed everything else about our stay - the location was perfect for getting around on foot, our room had a view of the Liver birds on top of the Royal Liver Building and while small was well laid out, clean and comfortable. There seems to be a real effort with sustainability by the hotel - hallway lighting activated when you walk, recycling promoted (including food scraps) with adequate containers provided, and more. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a fab stay in a fab city and would happily return to both.

Lovely stay - exceeded expectations. Great location and super friendly staff. Room is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Pizza was available to order in the evening and was delicious. We paid extra for breakfast which was lovely and varied and well managed with no queues and free tables - the pancakes were a must try!

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Parking is a BIG negative and pricey. We parked in the garage just down the street for £35 versus the £50 we were going to be charged on site. Room was clean and well stocked but we did find some lint and a hair in the bed. Everything smelled and felt clean so this may have been remnants from a jumper and hair from a house cleaner. Otherwise, shower got hot and had good pressure. Air conditioner worked great. Bed was comfy. We were also able to leave our bags for a bit while we visited the museums. This was free and highly appreciated. Would stay again.
