The hotel was standard in many ways, but the outside space and pool were great additions. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only downside is that it could use some tidying up, such as the bed, which I painted and not the most comfortable.

The place is nice to be in, because the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The pool is beautiful, and the spa is relaxing.

I arrived at Stourport Manor for a wedding ceremony at 10.30 a.m. I requested a pint of beer, a pint of cider, a pint of spa, and a lager Shady and was charged 24. 00, while a quarter of an hour later, another member of our group was charged 22. 00 for the same set of beverages. I was asked about the mistake and after checking in after 16.30 was verified my wife and I were charged 85. 00 for room and breakfast, but the other couple we traveled with charged 135. 00 for the same room booked at the same time? This was questioned and then returned the following day without giving any additional information. Room 51 was a lovely, quiet room, but the view of the kitchen bins was a letdown. The king-size bed was extremely hard and pillows, the bathroom had a strong shower and towels were plentiful. But woodwork and bathroom floor have seen better days. Upon check-out, we found damp patches behind the radiator painted over our breakfast, which was hot and plentiful. A wide variety of fresh fruit pastries, yogurts, etc., along with the usual fare of the full English breakfast. The waiters are kind and helpful. Our entire group reserved the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool, which was excellent. Very clean and tidy changing

Having had our wedding here twelve months earlier, we took advantage of the complimentary est anniversary stay at the hotel. We enjoyed our time, were recalled and greeted back by staff members, namely aime and brandon, and were given a warm welcome and time to spend and catch up with us despite their busy schedule with another wedding. We enjoyed the evening meal and buffet breakfast, which was excellent again on our wedding day. We were fortunate enough to have one of the bridal suites, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with no issues at all. Would I suggest the hotel? Yes, and we are eager to come back.
