Room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Bathrooms nicely fitted out. Air conditioning and windows that open were very much appreciated during the hot weather. Would stay again.

Sehr ruhiges, sauberes, quasi frischrenoviertes Zimmer. Mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wie kabellose Ladefläche für Handy, USB und USB C Buchsen. Nespresso Maschine, Willkommenswasserflasche inkl, Kekse, Tee, Instant Schokolade, Hausschuhe, Fön. Duschgel, Shamapoo, Conditioner von Occitane! Das Frühstück war auch sehr vielfältig und lecker. Lage war perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder

Excellent stay. Room was really quiet at night. Ask for a room away from the elevators if noise bothers you, as the lift 'dings' when it arrives. Some very minor wear and tear in the room, but generally good. 5 minutes walk to Pimlico station and 5 minutes walk to a range of mid price restaurants and pubs. Well worth being off the main tourist areas for the cost saving. A/C and safe in the room both worked.

This hotel has been beautifully refurbished and updated. It’s five floors and has an elevator. We stayed in room 508. Amenities in this room included a refrigerator, sink with filter for tap water, teakettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and bowls, bottles of water, silverware, clothing steamer, iron, blowdryer, slippers, robes, vanity with stool and makeup mirror, antifog mirror in bathroom, electronic do not disturb sign, electronic thermostat for heat and a/c, view of London eye. On the lower level, they serve breakfast every morning. There’s a continental and à la cart option. We got the à la carte each morning and weren’t disappointed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is quieter and has many restaurants in close walking distance.

The hotel, room and staff were just perfect for our one night stay. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. The staff were very informative, friendly and welcoming. We’d most certainly stay here again. Especially for a central London hotel, the cost was affordable 🙂

Enjoyed a very nice stay at the Belgrave. Just the one night, but the bed was comfy, the shower was excellent and the breakfast was good. Everything I needed for a short business trip. Oh and the air con was very good, thank goodness!

생각보다 호텔 바로 앞 24번 버스랑 핌리코역이 가깝고 5분 거리에 마트도 있어서 여행하기 편했어요. 방은 크진 않지만 화장실은 생각보다 커서 편했어요. 작지만 엘레베이터도 있고 에어컨도 잘 나와서 폭염 동안 잘 지냈어요. 냉장고는 없어요!

Great hotel in the Victoria section of London. Stayed in a smaller room as I was traveling alone, everything was very clean, well maintained, and nice amenities included like all the l’occitane soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. They also have a very good breakfast option, with a continental breakfast as the base and hot food options for a small upcharge. But the staff really make this place shine. I got lots of help finding my way around during my two-night stay, and when I was stupid and left my backpack (which held my passport and an iPad and more important items) in the cab they’d called to get me to the coach station, they immediately called them after I called the desk in a panic. They called me back multiple times to give me updates and ensure I retrieved my pack, and the cab got back to me just in time for me to catch the bus I’d booked. They absolutely deserve five stars, and if I could give ten for the way they helped me recover my backpack I would.

We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is a Dyson hair dryer, a clothes steamer, an iron and ironing board. The bed is so comfortable with high end mattresses, quilts and pillows along with bedding. Beside the bed there is mag pack charging points and usb-c connections. Finally the beautiful bathroom with such beautiful tiling and a fantastic waterfall shower with no leaking!!! The bathroom even has a charging points for electric toothbrushes! Everything you could need. The air conditioning during the high temperature in London was excellent. But most of all, the best thing was Killan. He is the night manager or if not the night manager needs to be promoted to. He is so kind and looks after all guests so well. Always checking if anyone needs anything and such a friendly face to see after a long day in London. All the staff are truly wonderful but Killan stands out going above and beyond. Carrying suitcases, checking if we need anything in the room or taxis ordered. A wonderful representation of the hotel. We see him every time we are here and always the same kind, helpful, smiling and charming guy.
